Taylen moves to Massachusetts after difficult times in her life. She finds someone that she never knew she needed.

I was getting ready for our date tonight. I had to work up so much courage to ask Taylen out and now I have to work even more out to actually take her. I wanted tonight to be perfect . I talked to her earlier. We were on FaceTime while I was at work. We talked for about 3 hours.
I hung up because I told her I was about to get ready for our date. I hopped in the shower and made sure to put on my expensive body wash. I got out and put on my lotion and deodorant. I decided to wear this.

I thought it looked good. I wanted to look good for her. Something I've never cared for about anyone else. I never liked someone enough actually try. She was different though. I put on some perfume and chapstick. By the time I was ready to go it was 7:00. Perfect. Right on schedule. I got in my car and before taking off I text Taylen that I was on the way.
When I got to Taylen's house I texted her again letting her know I was pulling up. I walked up to the door and ranged the doorbell. She opened it.
"Hey! You ready?" I asked nervously "Yes!" She sound really excited. I was glad. She looked amazing.

She had in a black dress and heels. With small application of makeup and a purse. She looked beautiful.
"You look amazing." I said walking her to the car "Thank you. You look very nice yourself." She responded. I smiled a little. She thought I looked good. I open the car door for her and she got in. Surprising her with flowers. I walked around and got in the car. "Thanks for the flowers" "Oh course love"
"Seatbelt secured?" I asked "Yes captain." She said jokingly "Any music you wanna listen to in particular?" "No. I'm okay. We can just talk on the way." She said calmly "Okay."
"So I have a question?" She asked
"Yes.?" I said nervously
"What made you want to take me on a date this soon."
"Life is too short and I don't wanna wait when I know the feelings I have for you."
"Okay. I'm glad we're on the same page then." She said smiling.
We made it to the restaurant .I opened the car door for her and the door to enter the restaurant.
"Hi. I have a reservation for two, under Johnson."
"I see right this way" the lady at the front said.
Escorting me and Taylen to our table.
"Enjoy ."
"Thanks." We both said together .
"So how have you been liking the date?"
" it's been good so far. It's a nice restaurant." She said with a smile
Her smile was amazing. I just wanted her to have a nice night.
About 30 minutes later we end up eating our food.
"So I'm going out of state for college. Since the new year is approaching I figure it's time to tell you. I know we talked about it when we first met but our relationship is developing. I just realized yesterday that I would be away from you."
"Yea. Umm... I'm not sure . Can we just see where we're at in like 2 months." She said kinda slowly. Almost scared of my reaction
"Yea."
We finished eating. I paid for the check and we left. We walked back to my car and I opened the door.
"Listen. I don't want you to think that me not wanting to talk about it right now meant I don't care. I do care I just want us to enjoy the time we have together and not have to think about that." she states
"It's okay. I understand. I want some ice cream."
" I want some too! We can go to bask in robins ."
" I can go in and get it for us. What kind do you want?"
"Cookie dough." She answers
I went inside and got the ice cream. Came back out .
"Here you go. You look kinda sleepy."I said handing her the ice cream.
"Just a little." Softly spoken.
"Okay I can take you home."
We ate the ice cream and made it to her house.
"I'll walk you up. I said opening the door for her."
"Come inside with me."
"Are you sure isn't your mom home."
"No she out with her co-workers."
"Ok sure."
We made it up to her room. It was so pretty and big.
"Lay down with me please." She whined. "Just stay until I'm asleep."
We cuddle with her in my arm. Soon after she fell asleep. I looked at the time it was almost 10. Once I realized she was knocked out I gently climbed out of her bed.
"Where you going." I heard her say
"You were asleep. Here I'll stay."coming back to her
She ended up snoring . It was 10:23 and I needed to get home by curfew at 11. She didn't live far from me but I needed to not run into her mom tonight.
I got up kissing her forehead.
"I'll see you tomorrow love." I whispered in her ear.
"Okay" she mumbles.
"Lock the door behind me." Even though I knew she would.
I got in my car and left. Successfully not running into her mom.
Once I got home. I came home to once again my parents arguing . No Taylen doesn't know but still does she need to. I know she told me everything about her parents but mine parent issues were still happening and way worse so it was different. Her parent just got a divorce cause her dad cheated. Mines cheats, lies, and abuses. I can't just tell her all that and it happening right now. It would be good to talk to somebody. I may tell her, but not anytime soon.
I'm glad Taylen had a good time tonight. I didn't want to leave her but for obvious reason a had to. I went up to my room and changed clothes getting in bed.
Trying to ignore my parents and just think about her.
