Dear Matt
In case you noticed, I didn't go to school today.
I woke up in the bathroom and just the thought of leaving the room made me sick.
Literally.
So I stayed in, I don't think my parents even noticed.
I had another two panic attacks when I thought about facing them.
And I cut my wrists some more.
It didn't help.
There's just too much pain.
