I was confused. What was that supposed to mean?

"In this test, I-Landers and Grounders will pick representatives to determine their fates."

"They're performing for us?" I whispered, very confused.

"In a competition of vocal and dancing skills." We all got excited as this was something we totally could do. "Two vocalists and three dancers, the rest of the members will not be performing on stage." I was honestly really excited, as we had improved a lot. And to be honest I wanted to be a vocalist or dancer.

"Representative battle." Heeseung muttered next to me.

"The total of each stage score will determine victory or defeat." I hesitated. Did defeat mean that all thirteen of us get moved to the Ground? "If the Ground wins, then six I-Landers will be eliminated." We all gasped. It wasn't a matter of getting a high enough score for less people to be eliminated. It was a matter of winning. "If the I-Landers win, then there will be no elimination." That was a great thing. Whoever were our representatives had a lot of responsibilities.

"Now, we will reveal the test song for the unit test."

The screen then showed the choreography for the song. It seemed like something I could do, so I was really studying it. "You should do it." Sunghoon whispered, catching me off guard.

"Huh?"

"Your vocals would be perfect for this." Sunghoon said confidently, grinning.

Then the dance unit song was also revealed.

"Oh it's a medley!" I said excitedly as we watched the dance videos. Most of our I-Landers could do this as it was made of street dancing and hip pop.

After watching the full videos, we sat down at our chairs to decide the parts. The performance would be in six days. "Does anyone have any recommendations for the vocal representatives?" Seon asked.

"I do." Sunghoon said immediately. Then looking at me, "I recommend Soojin, Geonu hyung, and Heeseung hyung."

Geonu raised his hand, "I have one too," We all looked at him, "Soojin and Heeseung. I think they'd sing well together." I bit back a smile. I was confident I could sing it, but there were other I-Landers who could do it just as well, if not better.

"Ah look at her! She wants to do it!" Jay teased, pointing at me from across the room. My smile fell and I glared at him, only making him laugh.

"Soojin is also a good dancer." Youngbin pointed out.

"Heeseung, don't you want to sing too?" K asked.

Heeseung hesitated, "I mean..."

Youngbin nodded, "Right, he's good at everything."

"We have to win the vocal battle." K said. "We have too."

"Heeseung hyung and noona should be the vocal representatives." Jungwon suggested.

"I was thinking that too." Jay agreed.

"I want to tell you that if I can just do my best, then we'll get good results." Heeseung said.
