Hey guys! Sorry I've been gone for so long, but ch.4 is finally here! I tried to finish it as fast as I could before I leave, though, Ch.5 is sadly still in process and I wasn't able to finish it in time. I'll (hopefully) make it longer than usual once I come back, but I can't really make any promises, enjoy what I had for the story ^^

Hackula walked downstairs where he would meet up with Ikuno. She had told him specifically to not let anyone follow him and to meet him at the school's garden. 'She said something about wanting to talk to me or something..' Hackula thought as he made his way to the garden. He walked towards the big, wide doors that stood in front of him and then proceeded to open it quietly to not disturb the others that were there, working on a project, homework, or just hanging around here.

Inside of the garden were beautiful, exotic, foreign plants and flowers from all over the world. The sprinklers made them look as fresh as if they were barely brought the day prior. Hackula walked towards the fountain that was inside, it wasn't very big nor very small, but it fit the setting very well. He walked towards the person that was near the fountain. He saw that it wasn't even Ikuno standing there, but it was someone he'd never met.

He saw that the person was talking with someone else, and he saw that it was Ikuno. Hackula decided to walk up to Ikuno and the mysterious girl with her. Ikuno was quick to notice Hackula walking up to them and looked at him with a smile, making the other girl turn to see who it was. Hackula looked at Ikuno, "..Uh, did I interrupt something important here or..?" Hackula said, hoping he didn't.

"Oh, no no no! You didn't ruin anything important, me and Gal were over here talking about normal school stuff.." Ikuno said, smiling like always. Hackula looked at her, "Alright, but I thought you said that you wanted to talk to me after school about something, didn't you?" Hackula said, looking at Ikuno worryingly. Ikuno looked at Hackula blankly, until she remembered what it was.

"Ohhhh! Yeah, I completely forgot! I'm sorry, Hackula! I was so caught up with other stuff that I had forgotten!" Ikuno shouted, she looked at Gal and told her she'd talk with her later. Gal nodded and walked out of the garden, leaving Hackula and Ikuno alone. "So, what was it that you wanted to tell me earlier?" Hackula said, Ikuno sighed. It was tough for her to say it but.. "The science teacher and the principal both agreed to just leave you and Santa alone for the project.." Ikuno said.

Hackula stayed still for a while, before gathering his thoughts together and remembered what Ikuno said. "I...what..?" Was the only thing that could come out of Hackula's mouth at that moment. "Do you need me to repeat what I said again or...?" Ikuno said worryingly. She stayed quiet until Hackula quite literally melted, she just stared at him before dragging him out of the garden a minute later.

Hackula was getting dragged by Ikuno, still trying to comprehend what Ikuno had told him earlier. They both arrived at their dorm and both walked in, Ikuno still dragging Hackula. She set him on the couch and threw a bit of water at his face to get his head out of the clouds. Hackula woke from his thoughts, looking as if he had just woken up from a long nap.

Ikuno looked at him before asking him if he was okay, Hackula of course looked at her weirdly. "Umm...I guess so?.." Hackula said, looking at the door. "*sigh*..So, how do you think you'll do with Santa, Hackula?" Ikuno asked, she worried that it would turn Hackula into his earlier state again, but surprisingly, it didn't. He shrugged, he explained how he didn't really know, he'll just try to get along with him.

"So, you think you'll do okay?" "I'm not completely sure, but I'm sure that I'll be able to handle a bit.." Hackula said as he stood up and walked towards the chair next to him sit down on it. "Alright," Ikuno said, "if you say so." She turned to the door to leave, but paused. She turned her head towards Hackula. "Good luck with him Hackula.." she said softly as she left. Hackula sighed as he stood up and walked towards the door.

"Do I actually know what to do..?" Hackula asked himself as he arrived at the door of his room. He really didn't know anymore, he was just worried, that's all he knew. He wondered on how they ended up together. "If it wasn't the teacher nor the principal..then who?.." he thought. "And why? Why would they do it?" He walked inside of his room, the thought still fresh in his mind.

He layed down on his bed, not worrying about his homework (that Ikuno would shout at him if he didn't do it). Nothing was on his mind other than the question he had been asking himself since science class: "Who put me and Santa together for the science project, and why would they do it? What would they gain from it?" Hackula walked towards his desk and stared at his paper.
