3rd PoV
Denji: Aki apparently saved up a good chunk of money. His will left half to me and the other half to Himeno's family. I used the money to rent a place. The apartment I picked is cramped, but has a nice view. Also, me and Power pigged out on good food. I tried Eel for the first time and liked it a lot. We bought a bunch of video games and were playing them nonstop any time we weren't working. Once we got bored of that, we watched movies and stuff.
He then opens the door and heads out.
Denji: I'm gonna go buy ice cream. You want something?
Power: A rice ball with meat!!
He leaves the apartment and goes down into the street.
He walks into a convenience store and buys what Power wanted, because he got himself a free ice cream.
He goes outside and he sits on a bench by a vending machine.
He eats and finishes the ice cream.
He also notices something written on the popsicle stick.

enji: I killed Aki and Y/n...
He then throws up.
Denji: What a waste...
He starts to slowly lay down onto the bench.
Denji: My heads all jumbled up from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep. No matter what I watch or think about, it all goes to crap. Even good food doesn't taste good anymore. My brain must've turned into crap. Pochita...
He was about to fall asleep when he then sees Makima.
Makima: What are you doing, Denji?
Denji: Ms. Makima... I... I won a free ice cream...
He shows the popsicle stick that had "Winner" written on it to Makima.
She approaches him and touches his hand.
Makima: Oh no... Your hands are freezing!
Denji: It's cool. Cold hands aren't gonna kill me. Plus... Plus, I won ice cream...
She gasps lightly
Makima: That's no good. When you're cold physically, you end up feeling down emotionally too.
Denji: Uhhuh...?
Makima stands up.
Makima: Denji. Stand up.
Denji: Woof.
He obeys.
Makima: Good boy. Come over to my place. We'll drink some warm tea together.
She leads the way and Denji follows.
The two walked in silence.
They then arrive into a huge building.
Makima: I live on the second and third floors.
Denji: Uhhuh...
Makima: Oh, I almost forgot. Are you okay with dogs?
Denji's head slups forward.
They then arrive at her place.
Makima: Here we are.
The dogs immediately ran at the two and to lick them.
Makima: Nnaah! Okay, okay, I know, I know! I'm home, I'm home!
