#8 GOODBYE ARCADES AND GAMES

We went in the bus and I put the girl down on the engineer table and I put something underneath her injured leg. Jackie looked at her leg for a sec and looked at me.

Jackie: "Where did you found her, and is she missing a foot?" I look at her and nodded.

Åse: "Jack kept her hostage, and I believe she is missing a foot." I said and held her hand and I noticed how much pain she's in. Annie feels bad for her but she closed the door so Jake won't see this.

Annie looked at King for a bit and decided to hold his hand for a second, she let go and hopped on the bed on top. She looked outside again and sighs and watched the snow falling. Jake fell asleep on her, feeling warm under Annie's robe. She laid down, facing the window, she kept Jake close to her as always.

Hours later, the fire trucks, police, and the ambulance came and put the fire out and the nurses came to the bus to pick the girl and took her in to cure the poor thing. Officers were putting yellow tape around the plex and cones to avoid the danger as firemen were burning out the fire. Couple of officers asks questions before they went to see Jake. We explain to them as much as we could, we weren't hiding anything or anyone. They opened the door and Annie looked at them as she sit up holding Jake.

Annie: "What? I can hear you guys all the way from this room, to a different room." She said looking furious. "You guys mind, I have a sleepy toddler on me and a reptile that looks like he's in a damn coma or whatever he's in I don't know when he's going to wake up?"

They looked behind and saw King on a bed.

Officer #1: "My apologies, pink spider girl, we're just checking around if there's some kidnappers around." He quickly chuckles and Annie flipped them off with her finger.

Annie: "Shoo, you two are in someone I know and love like she's my mother property. Go!" She said after she swinged her hand at them and laid back down as the officers got out of the room and looks at me, Jackie, and Dawg.

Officer #1: "She's a bit grumpy today, isn't she?" He asked as I nodded my head and Jackie laughed a bit.

Jackie: "No, she's just cranky because she's didn't ate anything today when I gave her a brand new body." Jackie laughed and stopped as she looked at them.
"OF COURSE SHE'S GRUMPY, YOU IDIOTS! Get going, you're bringing a footprints of crimes from out there to my bus!"

She yelled at the officers and they apologised to them and said their goodbyes and left. I looked at Jackie and she looked at me confused.

Jackie: "What?"

Åse: "Hungry? Did you put something in the new body upgrades that let us eat human food?" I asked and Jackie nodded as she chuckled of fear, which I am afraid of the sound of her chuckling.

Jackie: "Yes, I thought instead of charging, you all can eat, live your life and such, you all are not things anymore." She said. "Welcome to the living of a being to those I gave you a new body, why don't we go head and get you in your new body, Åse?" She looked at me and my eyes went wide and shook my head and I laid down on a engineer table and got started working on my body.

Hours later, she got done building my new body and I woke up in my new body. I looked at myself, wearing sport clothes and I have a clean face. My fur feels real I could feel it. I hugged Jackie as my tail begins to wag a lot. I had to stop my tail and calm down a bit as I let go of Jackie.
