Prolouge

Quirkless.

One word that can shatter a person's life.

That happened for Izumi Midoriya.

"Deku! Where are ya?!"

"Heh, maybe she got scared off."

Izumi was currently hiding from Katsuki and the other bullies.

Since he heard she was quirkless, he became aggressive to her, pushing her around. And the teachers don't even repremand him.

Turns out if you have a quirk, especially a powerful one, they turn a blind eye, saying it's a phase the kids go through.

Izumi sighed in sadness as she wondered off to trip down a hill.

But, she found herself at an old decrypt house that hasn't been used for centuries.

Curious, Izumi found her way in, and found a room with boxes inside on a table.

One looked to be made of gold with Egyptian carvings.

She opened that to find in contained cards.

"Wow! Are these game cards? Dark Magician, Red Eyes Black Dragon, Blue Eyes White Dragon. So cool!" Izumi said in amazement.

The other boxes contained cards as well.

Elemental Heroes, Neo Spacians, a Machine deck, Dragons, Fortune Lady, an Angel and Fairy Deck, Rose monsters, Gem Knights, Crystal Beasts, and so many more!

They were so cool!

Izumi swore that she heard someone speak. But that was not Katsuki.

"Woooooooo."

Then she was face to face with one of the monsters from the cards.

"Kuriboh? How are you alive?" Izumi asked.

"We've been waiting for you." She then heard another voice.

It was Dark Magician who appeared next.

As they asked each other questions, and how Izumi got here, Dark Magician kneeled to see her eye to eye.

"In that case. We will act as your quirk. If you wish. We'll help you become a hero." He said with a smile.

With tears in her eyes, Izumi nodded furiously.

Taking all the cards into her bag, she took them all home, to look over as Dark Magician told her of the origin of the game.

Izumi was out on the playground in a solitary area, looking over the Lunalight deck as she didn't hear a certain person arriving.

"What's this? Lunalight Blue Cat? Is this a stupid card game?" Katsuki said taking one of the cards.

"Katsuki! Can you please give that back?" Izumi asked politely.

"Heh." And as it looked like he was going to destroy it with his quirk, a glow came from the card, and Lunalight Blue Cat appeared, grabbing Katsuki by his shirt, surprizing the other students.

"What the?! Who are you?!"

"Lunalight Blue Cat, and a part of Izumi's quirk." She said.

"That's a lie! Deku's quirkless!" Katsuki yelled.

"Then the doctor misdiagnosed her. It can happen." Blue Cat said as one of the teachers came by.

Amazed, she asked if Blue Cat was a familiar quirk, and Izumi said yes and that she had others. To prove it, she summoned Dark Magician and Blue Eyes White Dragon.

The other kids were amazed as they admired Izumi's new power.

Katsuki however.....well, less said the better.
