DEUCALION SUMA WATCHED AS THE GROUP LEFT THE CAMP.  He had been worried when Glenn left, one of his only friends.

And, he didn't like Shane. He felt that there was something off about the man. Although, he was unsure of what it was, he didn't trust him.

The radio that they had, had turned on. Which, it never did. Or, at least, times that Deucalion had been around.

"Hello. Hello. Can anybody hear my voice?" A male's voice came through.

"Hey. Hello?" Amy had quickly ran to the radio.

"Can you hear my voice?"

"Yes. I can hear you. You're coming through. Over." Amy smiled.

"If anybody reads, please respond. Broadcasting on emergency channel. Will be approaching Atlanta on highway 85. If anybody reads, please respond."

"We're just outside the city," Amy replied. The radio makes a crackling sound. "Damn it. Hello? Hello? He couldn't hear me. I couldn't warn him."

"Try to raise him again," Dale suggested. "Come on, son, you know best how to work this thing." Dale tells Shane.

Shane implanted the ax into the tree stump. "Hello, hello. If the person who called still on the air?"

There was a second of silence, no reply.

"This is officer Shane Walsh," Shane continued. "Broadcasting to person unknown. Please respond."

The radio cracklings, once again.

"He's gone," Shane speaks.

"There are others. It's not just us." Lori speaks.

"We knew thee would be, right? That's why we left the C.B on."

"A lot of good it's been doing,. And I've been saying for a week we ought to put signs up in 85 to warn people away from the city."

"Folks got no idea what they're getting into," Amy continued.

"How would we even do that?" Deucalion asked. "We don't exactly have time between runs and fixing this to be livable."

"I think we need to make time." Lori says.

"Yeah, that-that's a luxury we can't afford," Shane spoke. "We are surging here. We are day to day."

"And who the hell would you propose we send?" Dale questioned the woman.

"I'll go. Give me a vehicle." Lori replied.

"Nobody goes anywhere alone. You know that," Shane told her.

For a second, it was silent before Lori walked off. "Yes sir."

Carl went to follow his mother, only to be stopped by Shane. "Hey, hey, hey. Go on, take a seat, bud. You're all right. Go on. You're all right." Before Shane followed Lori.

Deucalion crossed his arm. "I don't like that guy."

"You don't really like anyone," Dale told the younger one.

"I like almost everyone else in this camp, just not Shane, Merle and Ed. They are all dick's. Daryl is more of, an on-and-off hatred guy." Deucalion told the older one. "Anyway, back to work. I've got people to avoid."
