Ch 3

Day 3 of boot camp.

Simon spoke up.

"Mia, Charlie, Nicole, Christina, Andrea, Gabrielle, Toni, Amari, And willow. Im sorry but you've all been cut. "

The girls gasped.

A tear rolled down Charlie's face.
"I can't believe this."

Nicole sat emotionless. she picked up her phone and called her dad.

"Dad. I'm coming home. I got cut." She said in tears.
Mia walked over to Charlie and pulled her into a hug.

"I know we haven't got to hang out for real but it's been great talking and stuff. You're really great."

"I love you Mia." Charlie said.

"I love you too Charlie." Mia said in the hug.

Nicole walked over to them and joined the hug. They all cried together.

"I love you guys. So much." Mia said.

"We love you too."

They all exchanged numbers and went their separate ways.

LATER THAT EVENING

Mia was in her room. She was lying in her bed with her phone.

She had gotten an email from Simon.

It read: Mia! In about a week come back to the studio. You're being put into a group!

Mia screamed and jumped up and down.

Charlie and Nicole revived the same email.

Nicole made a group chat between them three.

N- hey guys. I'm going back on X factor!!

M- SAME

C-ME TOO!

N-OMF THATS GREAT!

Nicole stopped texting and pulled out her keyboard. She played some random notes that sounded well together.

"Sounds beautiful." A voice said.

Nicole jumped and turned to see Savannah there.

"What do you want Savannah?" Nicole said starting to play again.

"I came to apologize." She said.

"Apology declined." Nicole said with a smile. "Have a nice day."

"Listen. I was high and lonely. Jack means nothing to me."

"He must mean something to you." Nicole said. "Savannah. I can't trust you to be real with me. You took my heart stepped on it and threw it off the Empire State Building. Leave. I don't want to cry over you anymore. I'm done." Nicole said.

Savannah nodded and started to leave.

"Savannah." Nicole said stopping her. She turned around with hope in her eyes. "I need my jacket back."

Savannah's eyes fell as she took off the nice letterman jacket and handed it to Nicole.
Nicole took it and shook her head.

"How long did you and jack do that?"

"For about 4 months."

Nicole teared up. "You are horrible. I gave you 3 years of unconditional love. I trusted you with my most fragile part of my body and you just threw it away like it was nothing. You are never regaining my trust. Now leave. And I want all of my shit back."

Savannah started crying and left.
Nicole walked over to her keyboard and played a more notes.

She played the tune that she made up and recorded it.
