Ch 14

Nicole wrote words on a paper.

"What're you writing babe?" Charlie asked.

"A song for Mia. Hopefully she'll feel a little better when she hears it." Nicole said.

"What's it called?" Charlie asked.

"Boy." Nicole said.

"Ooh." Charlie said.

Mia was walking through the halls of the studio. She had stayed late to help Demi.
For the first time in a while she felt at peace with everything. That was until Landon walked beside her.

"Lady." He greeted in a joking tone.

"You." Mia said without giving him a look.

"What's wrong?"

"Huh. Gosh I don't know. How would you feel in you were lied to by someone you really cared about and ended up getting hurt?" She asked him.

"How are you not over this?"

"It's been two days Landon." She said.

"Exactly." He said.

"You were my first real love. And you just expect me to get over this? You are a real douche bag."

"No need for name calling."

"I calls em. Like I sees em." Mia said and turned a corner.

"Mia wait." He said and grabbed her arm.

"What is it now Landon?" Mia shot back. "What could you possibly need this time?" Tears formed in the girls' eyes.

"I'm sorry."

"Don't." Mia said.

"Don't apologize?"

"No." She said. "You wanna do me a favor? Just stay away. Because you make me wanna scream at someone and cry. That's just the effect you had on me." She said and shook her head. "I was stupid to believe you Landon. We were a mistake. A stupid mistake. Have a nice life. Because I don't want you in mine." She got out of his grip and walked away.

"Mia." He said.
The younger girl ran into Demi.

"Woah what's wrong?" Demi asked.

"Nothing." Mia said as tears escaped her eyes.

"Mia. Listen."

"I distinctly remember telling you to leave me alone." She said and sniffed.

"I just don't understand."

"You wanna understand? Put yourself into my shoes right now. You're a hormonal girl and your boyfriend just fucking dumped you over a god fucking damn text saying that he never loved you. And now you have to see his mother fucking stupid face all the time until the end of this fucking show. Every glance you get of him is like someone ripping your heart out and stomping on it. You feel so idiotic for trusting him and now he won't leave you the fuck alone. And all you wanna do is go back to your hotel room. Hug your best friends who are in love and cry." Mia said.

"What is happening?" Demi asked.

"Landon is a bitch." Mia said to her.

"He hurt you that bad?"

"Oh yeah. And he was like 'oh. Why're you so upset doyyyy?'" She said doing an impression of him.

"I have to admit. That was uncanny. But I don't say doyy."

"Sounds like you did smart one." Mia said.

"Landon. Go." Demi said.

"But."

"I. Said. Go." She said with a glare. He walked away.

Demi and Mia talked for a little while and Mia went back to the hotel.

"Mia. Come here babe." Nicole said. Mia walked over to her and collapsed in her arms.
"Charlie went out to get food."

Mia reached for an empty notebook and pencil. She started writing. Tears dropped on the page.

"Ladies. We have an interview." Charlie said as she walked in. Her and Nicole kissed quickly.

"Aw Mia baby." Charlie said and hugged her.
Mia sniffed.

"I did it." She said and held up the paper.
Charlie and Nicole read it.

"So. Uh. We need to get this to Demi and see if she can help us record this because it's perfect." Nicole said making Mia smile.

The three got ready and walked out hand in hand.
They got to the studio and went inside.
They sat in front of the camera.

"Hello ladies." A guy said and smiled as the camera rolled.

"Wait." Mia said.

"Breath check." The three said. Charlie sniffed Nicole and Mia's breath.
Nicole sniffed Charlie and Mia's breath. Mia sniffed Charlie and Nicole's breath.
"Perfect." They all say and look back at him.
"Hi!" They all said.

"Are you all robots?"

"Nope." They all said.

"Alright. So word on the street is trifecta is all over that love stuff. "

"We love each other." Mia said.
Charlie and Nicole nodded.

"Anyone else?"

"Our supporters, Demi, Kelly,Simon. Y'know normal people. Our siblings and stuffs." Nicole said.

"Yeah."

"Since you three love each other we're gonna make a cute little game here. You go down the line and say everything you love about the girl next to you. So Charlie you'll talk about Nicole. Nicole Mia and Mia Charlie."

"Aw. This is gonna be so cute." Mia said.

"Everything I love about my Nicky dearest. First, I love how talented she is and she should realize that she's like amazing in every way. She's all types of funny and cute. She make these terrible jokes but if she stopped telling them I'd feel sad and I love how she's so comfortable with herself and just everything about her is perfect nuff said."

"Aw babe. That was nice.i love you." Nicole said and gave her a hug.
"Mia sweetie."

"Yes Nicky pooh."

"I love that you have a gigantic heart and care so much about like everything. I love you and everything about you. You're adorable, and your body. Can you say yes ma'am? And you're beautiful and your voice is perfect. How can you be so perfect? I love you."

"Aw Nicky." Mia said and hugged her. "I love you too." She smiled. "What do I love the most about my charmander? God. I love everything about you because you're perfect and beautiful and your voice is amazing and your body is snatched all day. I love how you're the only one out of us can freestyle dance and make it look natural. And your hair is magical. You're like the wisest person I've ever met and you've been in college for two years like damn."

Charlie started tearing up.

"Aw. Baby. Don't cry." Nicole said.

"It was really nice." Charlie said and hid her face on Nicole's shoulder.
The three hugged.
"Fucking duck." She said and everyone laughed.
