Eugene's POV:

What's taking her so long I've been waiting for over a decade now but she's still not here not even a silhouettes.
I sighed. Thing that I learned from her is sighing out of nowhere. I must've adopted some of her unusual habits.
The bell is about to ring did she literally forgot that we have a practice today.
Maybe she's sleeping her ass off and drooling in her Dreamland.
I exhaled.
Until Mary came....

~ Ahh Eugene are you..... did you came early today and waited for Jace?  ~ she asked me.
~ Apparently yes ~ I answered.
~ So..... Ahh what's with that girl she probably forgot to tell you that today is not her schedule ~ she explained.
WTF.. I just wasted my fucking
time, eyes wide open waiting for a crow to feed on my eyeballs. I literally waiting and wasted my time for nothing.
Mary shouldn't see that I'm angry.
I looked at the snacks that I've bought yesterday. She demanded me to buy her snacks and now whatttt she ditched me.... Fuck.

I said and bid goodbye to Mary.
And then I heat her voice and now what....

Clarize's POV

~ Yahhhhh,,, Terrence why didn't you tell me that Eugene didn't know that it's not my schedule for archery today. ~ I said furiously.
Shit is Eugene waiting me?
Ahhhh,,,, I got up and run for my life..... Just kidding.

I saw him with Mary but Mary's schedule every Wednesday is half an hour did they happen to meet here, is he earlier or they meet up together and went together here....... I hope so.
~ Eugene, did you waited here for hours?~ I curiously asked.
He just glared at me with those small cute cold pair of eyes.
~ Why would I? I'm a minute earlier than Mary.~ he coldly replied.
~ Uhhhhh, did you literally bought snacks because I asked you too? ~ I said with a big smile and was about to open one when he snatched it away from me.

I was about to walk my way when he grabbed me by my wrist and placed a card on my palm { calling card }. I smiled
~ You really did bother to print out your calling card, am I that special ~ I said jokingly.
~ Then should I take it away then? What's the purpose of calling cards? For wallet design taking up my wallet's space?~ he said with a tone.

I exhaled and walk my way.

I called his phone and after a minute he answered it.
I cleared my throat and speak with a lower voice.
~ If you still want Clarize to live go at the main gate now ~ I said while holding my laughter.
Just like flash he run for his life. I run towards him and tapped his shoulder.
~ Did you really believed I was kidnapped? ~ I asked laughing.
He was dead serious ~ Was it fun? Huh..... Why do you always keep on messing my life. For fucking Pete sake~
He angrily shouted at me.

Was I crossing the line? Am I breaking his boundaries?
Am I the only one hoping that I'm close to him? Maybe I'm just assuming things. I sighed.
Then I saw Kai at the side and smiled at me, not his usual sunny smile, his smile was something, somewhat being sorry.
He approached me saying
~ Ahhh about that, I'm sorry, I'll just pretend that I didn't hear that, I hope you'll understand Eugene, he's struggling and having a hard time right now. I hope you'll understand. ~
I sighed and nod

We both went to our rooms.

I've never felt this weird feeling before. It's bothering me and hunting me down.
I've been awake for hours now
but I still can't find my self shutting my eyes and rest.

My phone rang.
I answered it.
~ Uhhhmmmm about what happened earlier, I'm sorry ~
Eugene spoke with cool cold voice. Why is he like this? why does he give me chills?
I can't utter a word I was silent the whole entire time.
~ Ahhh Clarize,,, are you there? Are you still asleep.
[ I hope so] if your still there just.... just forget what I've told you. ~ and then the call ended.

Now he's making me wide awake uhhhggrgrr.
Now I can't sleep.

~ Uhhh I almost jump out my skin ~ I uttered. He, he was walking beside me , Eugene is walking beside me.
~ I thought your going to give me your schedule? When did you sleep?  ~ he asked so coldly. Why does he even bother him self to talk to me, I thought he's mad.
~ I slept early last night because I'm so sleepy and about the schedule I forgot to send it you after,,, heading to my dorm I already  sleep because I'm so tired. ~
I lie and yawn.
~ Are you sure it seems like you've lack some sleep, did  you even remembered that I called last night? ~ he asked.

~ Ahhhh really you did call me last night? How did you get my number then? ~ I asked pretending not to know that I pranked him yesterday.
~ Didn't you call me yesterday pranking me about you being kidnapped? ~ he asked annoyed.
