what I do to support

when supporting my family with disabilities there is multiple different things that are involved such as reminding them to take their medication and also helping with basic household chores. One of the main tasks was sorting out the medications into what they take into pots for throughout the day for a whole week. I would also help with cooking dinner to ensure that they had at least something to eat once a day. My mum would also help a lot but when she was busy doing something else I would be there to step in wither whatever needed doing weather it was cleaning the front room or doing the dishes I would always be there to give a helping hand. some things may seem little and pointless but when it is done it makes a massive difference to whom you are helping and sometimes it will make you feel a lot better as well.
