Note: I swear I tried writing smut with no plot but it either turned out shitting or I got bored of it, sorry :,)

Tighnari was taking care of Collei as she had gotten sick a few days ago, Collei was on patrol with Tighnari when she came across a strange plant they both had never seen. Tighnari has told her to take it with them and they could research it when they got home, and after that Collei was sick. "How research on the plant mister Tighnari?" Collei asked, grabbing lunch for herself. "I haven't found much, I have found a plant similar to it but it lives in the desert." Collei sat with Tighnari, looking at the very few notes he had in his notebook "we could invite Cyno? I'm sure he's free now that he isn't general, and we haven't seen him in a couple of weeks to!" Collei was right, inviting someone who knew the desert was probably the best idea. And Tighnari had been missing Cyno for awhile now, he was gone for three weeks now but to Tighnari it felt like three months. "Good idea Collei! I'll write a letter to him now!" As Tighnari said that, he got to writing his letter to Cyno. "I'd better get back to my hut, don't wanna get anyone else sick!" As Collei said that, she gagged as if she was going to throw up and ran out. "Poor Collei.." was all Tighnari said then continued writing his letter.

Meanwhile in the desert Cyno was hanging out with his friends Dehya, Candace, and Al Haithem. "So Cyno, tell us about this Tighnari~" Dehya teased, ever since Dehya was able to gain Tighnari's trust just by saying Cyno's name she had been teasing and bugging Cyno about it. "Dehya.. how many times must I say we're just really good friends?" Dehya looked at Cyno clearly not believing him. "Yea and last time someone told us he hated someone he ended up dating him, I'm not falling for it again!" "You always have to bring me into this dont you Dehya?" Al Haithem looked at Dehya with a "really?" Face, to which Dehya shrugged her shoulders. "Hey you're the one who lied to us! We're getting off topic, Cyno just tell us!" Cyno sighed, giving into Dehya's questions. "Fine.. me and Tighnari are simply taking care of Collei as her "fathers" and with that get closer and closer each day. Happy?" Cyno wasn't lying, they both thought of Collei as there child and Collei even joked about them being her dads. But what Cyno wasn't saying was that him and Tighnari were indeed dating. But Tighnari said to keep it from Collei, so Cyno decided to keep it from everyone. "I wouldn't be surprised if you have a crush on him, I've seen the way you look at him and even talk about him." Cyno trying to keep his calm just rolled his eyes at Al Haithem and ignored him.

"This should do it right?" Tighnari was re-reading his letter to Cyno, knowing that no matter what he wrote Cyno would come by. Tighnari then sent off his letter to the desert.

A week later Tighnari's letter had finally reached the desert and got to Cyno. "Hey Cyno, I'm going to Sumeru city to speak with the Dendro archon about a couple of things, you might want to read this and come with me." Candace handed a letter to Cyno with Tighnari's name on it, Cyno read the letter and nodded to Candace signalling he would come with her. "Wait, did you read the letter? How did you know Tighnari was calling me to the forest..?" Cyno silently panicked knowing if she read it she would have found out he was dating Tighnari. "Don't worry, it's just my observations I've made, the only time Tighnari writes to you is when he's calling you to the forest." Cyno sighed in relief, putting the letter in his pocket. "Alright, let me get something and I'll be right out." Cyno then quickly went to his room, grabbing a notebook and came right back down to start there trip to the forest. "Right Candace, did you need a place to stay? I'm sure Tighnari wouldn't mind at all." Candace thought for a bit. "A place to stay would be nice thank you Cyno."

After a long 13 hour walk they finally made it to gandharva ville "Cyno! *cough* w-welcome back!" Collei ran up to Cyno and hugged him. "Woah Collei.. are you alright?" Cyno hugged Collei back, looking at her with concern. "Collei what did I say about running off! Cyno or not you're sick and running is the last thing you should be doing!" Tighnari scolded Collei, sounding mad but clearly just concerned. "Hello to you to Tighnari!" Cyno said with a sarcastic tone. "Sorry Cyno, this one has been ignoring everything I've said since "it's not eleazar master Tighnari!!"" Tighnari mocked Collei, getting an annoyed look from Collei. Cyno sighed, letting out a little laugh as well. "Tighnari, Candace is here to speak with the Dendro archon. Do you think she can stay here for awhile until she's done here?" Tighnari looked at Candace, he didn't even notice she was there if he was being honest. "Of course! Let me get some of the rangers to set up a room for you Candace!" And with that, Tighnari walked away humming. "Someone's in a good mood.. wonder why." Cyno thought out loud. "Probably cause *cough* you're here, I dunno" Collei didn't even mean to embarrass Cyno, but she did. "You three really are like a family, it's cute!" Candace said, smiling at Collei. "Right?! *cough* master Tighnari and Cyno might as well just adopt me, I mean- *cough* -I don't see why not!" "Alright, that enough outta you Collei" Cyno said as he pinched Collei's check. "Alright alright! Stop being embarrassing!" Cyno scoffed, whispering to himself "revenge" looking at the two interact warmed Candace's heart, they really where like a family in her eyes. "I'm back! Candace you're hut is ready for you, it's right next to Collei's! You'll know it when you see it" Candace nodded, walking off to look for her hut and put her stuff away. "Cyno you have your notebook right? I need you to come with me and look at this plant right away!" Tighnari grabbed Cyno's hand, pulling him away from Collei and to his hut leaving Collei alone. "Calm down Nari- was leaving Collei really necessary?" Tighnari ran somewhere to put on gloves and grabbed the plant "yes and no, just look at it for me alright?" Tighnari put the plant infront of Cyno, letting him take a look at it. "Never seen it before." Tighnari's ears and tail shot up. "What?! You've got to be kidding me.." Cyno laughed. "Just kidding darling, it's a plant used for poison. Not sure what it's doing in the desert though.." Tighnari shot an annoyed look and Cyno, earning a grin and kiss on the check from him. "Also, you can pick it up as long as the plants juice isn't leaking out." And with that, Cyno picked up the plant sending Tighnari into a panic. "Don't pick it up! If Collei got sick from it you could to!" Cyno once again laughed at Tighnari "calm down Nari, I know what I'm doing." Cyno then carefully looked at it, finding the leak and then giving it back to Tighnari. "So? How to we cure Collei?" "We can't really do anything other than keep watch of her and let it "pass over" Candace was poisoned with this and that's what she did. Of course she got rest and did anything a sick person would do, but it's not a big deal." Tighnari sighed in relief, the way Cyno explained it it just sounded like something that slowed a person down for a couple of days. "It's already been a week since she's touched it, so how long will it take for her to be better?" Cyno though for a moment. "It depends on how much got into her skin, also the fact that she's a teenager is going to take into account. So maybe two more weeks?" Tighnari wrote down everything Cyno was telling him, from how it affected Candace to what he knew about the plant. "Now that that's out of the way.." As Cyno said that he moved closer to Tighnari, hugging his waist and put his head on his shoulder. "I missed you Nari~" Tighnari smiles, hugging Cyno with one hand and playing with his hair with his other hand. "I missed you too Cyno, hows everyone in the desert?" "They're fine, Al Haithem and Kaveh are finally dating." Tighnari laughed. "About time those idiots realized they liked each other" as Tighnari and Cyno where sharing a calming moment Candace had poked her head into the hut, looking for Cyno and Tighnari. "Well this isn't what I was expecting to find you two doing, am I interrupting something?" Candace laughed, Cyno turning around and letting go of Tighnari "uhm.. no you're fine-.. what did you need Candace?" Tighnari and Cyno were redder than a tomato. "I don't tell anyone don't worry, just came here to say I know what's wrong with Collei." Tighnari and Candace then started talking about Collei, Candace giving Tighnari new information and Cyno just standing there staring at Tighnari. Cyno being Cyno and also bored clinged back onto Tighnari's waist as if Candace wasn't there, making Tighnari pause half way threw his sentence. "Cyno.. w-what are you doing?" "Hmm.. just continue talking like I'm not even here." Tighnari sighed, he still had things to understand so he continued talking to Candace. Cyno was quite annoyed at the fact Tighnari didn't stop his conversation for him, he knew enough already didn't he? Cyno then got an idea to tease Tighnari ever so slightly so Candace wouldn't notice, but Tighnari would definitely feel it. Cyno started petting Tighnari's tail, a place that would get more and more sensitive with each touch. And sure enough his plan worked, well kind of.. "Tighnari are you alright? You're getting a bit red, did you touch the plan by any chance?" The more Candace questioned Tighnari the worse it got for him. "Y-yea I'm fine.. so about that plant!" Tighnari wouldn't let Cyno win, or at least he didn't want him to win. Cyno started getting more aggressive which made Tighnari zone out a lot trying due to the pleasure he was slowly getting more and more of. As Cyno was about to leave Tighnari grabbed his hand, but this time he dragged Cyno to his room locking the door behind him and pushing Cyno onto the bed. "Well look who's making the first move for once~" "just shut up Cyno.. this is your fault." As Tighnari said that he got onto Cyno's lap and started grinding on Cyno, letting small moans escape from his mouth. Collei what have you been up to." Collei laughed "I see you two cuddling all the time! And then you tell everyone you're "just friends" you two clearly like each other!" Well shit, either Cyno had to tell her the truth, or play along and do god knows what. "Collei I swear its not like that! I don't like Tighnari like that.." Cyno could feel himself getting redder by the second, he wasn't getting out of this one. "I'm not dumb Cyno, you're blushing like crazy!" Cyno face palmed, he chose to just go along with it and tell Tighnari later. "Fine, you win. But why do you wanna help adults get together? Don't you think that's kind of weird?" "I mean there isn't much to do and if you guys are together then you can really be my dads! So.. nope! Not weird!" Cyno laughed, sitting down on a couch. "Alright love genius, what's your big plan?" Collei sat next to Cyno, starting to think. "We could go over to master Tighnari right now a-" "NO!- We shouldn't! He's uhm... busy dealing with something right now..." Collei looked at Cyno confused, god was Cyno digging himself into the deepest hole ever. "Ok..? Well then maybe we shouldd.." Collei started thinking out loud, but all Cyno could remember was Tighnari's cute and lewd face, and how he was probably moaning his name right this second. "Hey Collei.. I need to get going, I just remembered something." Cyno got up, not facing Collei. "Aww, so soon? Will you be free later at least?" Cyno nodded, then started walking out. "Cya later when I have a plan then!" Collei waves goodbye to Cyno, Cyno not looking back and basically running to Tighnari's hut. When he got to his hut all he like hear was Tighnari's sweet voice and lewd noises. "Nari~ I'm back~" Cyno said as he opened Tighnari's room door, if Cyno really wanted to he probably could have came right now. I'll be out in a second alright?" Cyno nodded, kissing Tighnari right before he left to dinner. "Hey guys, what's for dinner?" Collei looked at Candace, and Candace looked at her. "Well it seems like you already ate you're dinner Cyno." Collei tried holding in her laughter, clearly failing. "Candace. Not around Collei please.." Candace laughed, apologizing to Cyno and Collei. "Cyno I'm 19! And I wish that was my first time hearing something like that-" Cyno looked at Collei in shock. "I don't even want to ask. Just.. no one say anything to Tighnari please." As Cyno said that, Tighnari walked out clearly limping and a mess. "What's for dinner today..?" Tighnari then sat next to Cyno, leaning onto him. Cyno didn't know what to do, so he played along with the friend act just in case. "You alright Nari?" Tighnari looked a Cyno like he was the dumbest person on earth. "Cyno, love. Are you dumb by any chance?" "Well that was uncalled for! What did I do?!" Cyno said in his sarcastic tone. Collei and Candace laughed, seeing the two being a couple in public was cute. They ate dinner all together and bonded, going to Tighnari's hut after and watching movies for the rest of the day. The Dendro archon wouldn't mind if her meeting was pushed to the next day right? After all it was to take care of a sick person and bond with her people. Nahida watched them bond and take care of Collei, she indeed didn't mind the meeting being pushed at all.
