Xingyun (fluff)

Xingqiu, Chongyun, And Xiangling have been having sleepovers every friday to Saturday ever since they could remember. Even after Xingqiu and Chongyun started developing feelings for each other it never god weird since Xiangling was there. But this week, Xiangling was busy with wanmin meaning Chongyun and Xingqiu would be alone this time around. Chongyun was seriously thinking about making an excuse and canceling on Xingqiu but then he started thinking, what could go wrong? Spoilers, nothing could. Chongyun decided he would man up and go threw with plans, it's not like Xingqiu knew he had a crush on him or anything. Chongyun was on the phone with Xiangling about the sleepover when Shenhe got home. "I'm home Yun!" Chongyun excused himself from the call, then went to greet Shenhe. "Welcome home aunty!" Shenhe put her bags down, taking off her shoes and sitting on the couch. "So.. I was with yelan today and hear about the sleepover changes for this weekend." Shenhe's voice went from happy to mad very quickly which scared Chongyun. "Oh that.. I was just going to tell you I swear!-" "calm down yun, I was just going to say I'm ok with it." Chongyun sighed, Thank morax she was ok with it. "I won't be here when you guys are having your sleepover, so behave yourself." Chongyun was seriously starting to get nervous. But he put that aside for Xingqiu. The last two days passed and then came Friday, the day of the sleepover. Before Xingqiu came over Chongyun decided to call Xiangling.

"Xiangling.. I'm seriously starting to regret not canceling.."
"Oh come on Chongyun! Xingqiu is clearly way to blind to know, and you'll be fine!"
"But what if he's faking it?! You really don't know Xingqiu Xiangling.."
"Chongyun! Calm. Down. If he is faking then maybe tonight will go better than you thought!"
"XIANGLING!! NOT HELPING!!"
"ALRIGHT BYEE!!!"
"WAIT-"

Chongyun sighed and put his phone down, grabbing a popsicle and eating it. He tried forgetting about what Xiangling said but couldn't for the life of him, Xingqiu knowing he had a crush on him scared the crap out of him. As Chongyun was deep in thought he heard a knock at the door. "GIVE ME A MINUTE!" Chongyun got up, throwing his popsicle stick out. "Alright Chongyun, you can do this. It's like all our walks alone out in Liyue!" Chongyun took a deep breath then opened the door. "Hello yun-yun!" "H-hey Xingqiu!" Anddd he already messed up, Xingqiu looked at Chongyun confused but ignored it. "So, what do we have planned today yun?" Xingqiu took off his shoes and put him bags down. "Ah.. I didn't really think about that.." Xingqiu chuckled "silly yun, didn't even plan for our first sleepover alone? Were you nervous?~" Chongyun could feel his face heat up, oh Archons was this going to be harder than he thought.. "l-let's just play some video games?" Chongyun tried ignoring Xingqiu. While Xingqiu nodded, smirking for archons knows why. They played a couple of rounds of Mario cart, then started playing minecraft for awhile. Xiangling has promised to check in every now and then and the two were getting her first call now. "Hey guys! Whatcha up to?" Xingqiu and Xiangling started talking, Chongyun had zoned out the moment Xingqiu had picked up the phone. "Yun? You alright?" Chongyun jumped as Xingqiu put a hand on his shoulder. "Huh? Yea! I'm fine! Just thinking!" "About..?" Chongyun went silent, what was he supposedly say? "Xiangling I'm going to end the call here alright? Call us back in a bit?" Xiangling and Xingqiu said there goodbyes while Chongyun was panicking, Archons did he need a popsicle and morax himself to save him from this. "What's wrong Yun? Need a popsicle?" Chongyun nodded, Xingqiu quickly got Chongyun a popsicle and waiting for him to come back down to teyvat. "Thanks Xingqiu, Sorry about that.." "it's fine Yun! No need to worry!" Chongyun and Xingqiu sat in silence for a bit, Chongyun was scared if he said anything he would sound like a fool or slip up. As for Xingqiu he was simply waiting for Chongyun to calm down, thinking it was just his yang energy. "Hey Yun, hows the yang energy?" It had been around 15 minutes of silence when Xingqiu check in on Chongyun, and made Chongyun realize he had an out for this. "I-it's Fine.. the yang energy has been, weird lately.." Chongyun then curled up into ball hiding his face from Xingqiu, he wanted to continue talking just not let Xingqiu see his red face. "Do you need more time for yourself to calms down? I can go get another popsicle?" Chongyun shock his head. "I'll be fine.. I'll just be like this for a bit." "Yun, if you can't even look at me there's clearly something wrong." Chongyun was starting to get worried but figured he could blame his red face on the yang energy. "Alright alright, just don't worry about me I'm fine." Chongyun got out of his ball, going back to there game. "Pfft-" Xingqiu couldn't help but laugh. "What..? What are you laughing at?" Chongyun knew Xingqiu wasn't a fool, he knew Xingqiu knew what was going on. But it didn't hurt to have some faith right? "Oh Yun.. when will you realize?" Chongyun was confused, what did he mean? "When will I realize what? My face is beet red or you're hiding something from me?" Chongyun could clearly see Xingqiu turn red, but Xingqiu kept his cool. "Me? Hide something from you? Does Yun-Yun not trust me? What a shame.." Chongyun sighed, he might as well just tell Xingqiu now. He really couldn't handle his yang energy going off the walls anymore. "Alright Xingqiu, I need to tell you something. The reason why my yang energy has been off the walls lately." Xingqiu sat up, turning more red but also listening closely. "Go on.." Chongyun sighed, it's now or never. Or Xiangling would blurt it out- "if you feel uncomfortable with staying, or even being friends anymore we can end it here.. but I.." Chongyun couldn't say it, it's like he lost his voice at the worst moment. "You don't have to say it Yun-Yun, I know what you're trying to say. And I feel the same." Both boys were beet red, and staring at each other. Both of them slowly got closer to each other, when they were about to kiss the phone rang. "God dammit" was all Chongyun heard Xingqiu say under his breath before he picked up the phone. "Hey you tw- Why are you both red?" Chongyun and Xingqiu looked at each other, then at the phone. "You guys are weird, anyway what have you guys been up to?" Xingqiu tried his best to end the conversation with Xiangling as fast as possible but she didn't get the hint. While Chongyun got up and grabbed a handful of popsicle, eating them all in seconds. Finally Xingqiu had ended the call with Xiangling, turning his attention to Chongyun in seconds. "Soo.." Xingqiu finally didn't know how to approach a situation. "So?" Chongyun had no clue what to do, they were both extremely gay and awkward. Chongyun and Xingqiu were sitting on the couch in silence for archons know how long before Xingqiu finally made a move, a simple but comfortable one. Xingqiu had crawled over to Chongyun and cuddled him. "X-Xingqiu what are yo-" "just shut up and get comfortable.. I'm getting tired anyway.." Chongyun hesitated for a moment before putting his arms around Xingqiu and leaning his head onto Xingqiu's. Soon they both fell asleep, cuddling each other and happy they finally got there feelings out.

"What the hell happened here?!" Shenhe came home to the boys sleeping and cuddling on the couch, Chongyun was the first out of the two to wake up and see Shenhe. "Aunty can you talk quietly please? Xingqiu is still sleeping.." Shenhe sighed. "Bring him up to your room, I'll be cooking breakfast for when he's up." Chongyun smiled, maybe convincing Shenhe Xingqiu wasn't bad wasn't going to be as hard as he thought it would!
