8. The bear chatting with the cat

Time and again he has seen Jimin drive off in that black car. Jungkook doesn't say anything, so he can assume that the Omega asked him not to. Taehyung has fought with his curiosity to go see what it's all about. Trying to spy on him even a little bit to get information. No one knows anything. At least no one he can talk to. He is sure that Jin has something to do with this.

Because Jin always has something to do with it.

He questions whether he has feelings for the Ragdoll and that's the reason he's involved. Maybe that's the thing, but Jimin doesn't like it that way. Of the thousand crazy theories that come to his head, there is the recurring torment that he wants to answer Jimin's insistent calls.

Rather, the "usual" calls from Jimin that he never answers. He doesn't even know why the poor Ragdoll insists so much. Doesn't he have much dignity or what? Be that as it may, being a Saturday, having his head in a thousand and one things, including his own denied feelings, he decides to just answer the call instead of letting it go.

"Is something wrong, are you feeling bad? Wow, I didn't think I'd get as far as you answering my call."

"I'm not doing anything and I figured you'd want to talk so? Why not?" replies Taehyung sheepishly with a red face. That's how anomalous it is that he hit the damn green button on the cell phone. Laughter on the other end of the line makes him cover his face.

"How cute you sound Taehyung. You're more adorable than people can believe."

"I'd say people believe it and that's why I'm, according to the students, "Fluffy sonsengnim"" he mumbles lying down on the couch. "I got the nickname as soon as I started working at school."

"It's just that your hair is the fluffiest thing ever. The sheep must be envious of you for such fluffiness" jokes the Ragdoll on the other end of the line and Taehyung laughs softly. "I'm calling because I wanted to know if you happen to have a biology book beastman. Jungkook has an exam on Monday and if I didn't notice, I wouldn't have even known that orcas have the spout on the sides of their necks."

"I think I have one over here, wait a minute."

He gets up to get it and after almost ten minutes of listening to the odd comment about food, the clothes and other trivia, he got the book.

"Thank you very much! I need pictures of beastman orca, canary, boar and panda."

"What an odd selection," opined Taehyung turning the pages to mark them. "Who gives them biology?"

"Honjoon-sonsengnim."

"Oh... I get along a little badly with him. I don't like the way he teaches. He's a little... brusque."

"He's a vulture. I think it comes out of him unintentionally" Jimin says and Taehyung wrinkles his face, he doesn't think it's a good excuse. "Anyway, thanks, if you can send me the pictures now that would be perfect."

"Yes, he already sent them to you" he replies leaving the book on the dining table. "Tell Jungkook that if he needs help with biology he can call me himself. I'll have no problem helping him."

"Sur-"

"THANK YOU TAEHYUNG-NIM!"

Taehyung laughs square and shrugs. What a charmer. He hangs up the call and sends the photos. That was nice. Short, simple... Uh. Why everything from Jimin feels so good.
