Y/n was sitting in the cafe she always went to when Gabby and Matthew walked in. 'I think I can finally face that, I'm not the one for her. Never was the one.' She thought to herself as she picked up her stuff to leave.
The two had broken up a few months ago. She had not dated for a while, and she wanted to keep it that way for a while. Gabby noticed her and walked over to her. "Hey y/n." She said to her with a smile. "Hello, Gabby." Y/n said to the beautiful woman in front of her
"It's been a while. I'm with my boyfriend Matthew." She said, nodding to him. "Congratulations, you found the one you have been looking for." She said with a small smile. Gabby nods a bit with a smile. "Gabby, can you make a promise for he?" Y/n asked.
"What is it?" Gabby asked her. "Please treat him like he's someone, I don't want him to hurt like me." She said to Gabby. "I will. I promise." She said to Y/n as Matthew walked over. "You must be Y/n." Mat said, and she smiled a bit.
"I was just leaving. Treat Gabby well." Y/n said before leaving Matthew, and Gabby watched her leave. They didn't hear what Y/n had muttered after words. "Y/n was your nicer ex's." Matthew said, handing Gabby her drink. "Yeah, she was. Sbe is the sweetiest thing ever."
