"You see any heat signatures?" Shoto asked the pilot.

"Barely. There's only a small ember near the chimney, but I'm assuming they had a fire to keep them warm."

"That doesn't make sense." Shoto sighed out.

"What doesn't?" The pilot asked.

"Aizawa told me that there's a heating system in there!"

"Maybe it broke?" The pilot suggested.

"But if that was the case the generator would be running! And that would be emitting a heat signature as well."

"Well what about the heating makes it so important?" The pilot asked the heterochromia teen.

"The fire would've burned out during the night." Shoto said with worry written all over his face.

It was colder than the Arctic in the cabin. The blonde, like before, would wake up first.

"Hey, Izu. You gotta wake up." The taller teen whispered softly in the shorter teen's ear.

"Give me five more minutes..." The greenette grumbled.

"Do you want to get out of here, love?"

"Give me five minutes, please? My butt still hurts."

"You asked for it harder." The blonde teased.

"I know..." Izuku conceded. The blonde in bed was like the flip of how Izuku would describe him.

"Well you stay here. I'm going to try to make some type of food." Bakugou whispered before leaving a soft kiss on the shorter's neck.

"We should just wait till the roads are better to reclaim the bodies."

"What? Are we turning back this soon?"

"They're dead. Unless some random miracle happens we should turn back."

"Come on, work with me here!" The greenette mumbled at the match.

"Izu, you're hitting it wrong." The blonde said while walking over with a very cold bowl of oatmeal.

"How can you hit a match wrong?" Midoriya pouted.

"Here let me show you." Bakugou said as he wrapped himself around the greenette.

"This is a rescue mission! We can't turn back now!" Shoto protested.

"Look, I'm following orders! Endeavor said-"

"THAT BASTARD CAN GO DIE FOR ALL I CARE!" Shoto had a very vocal and well known opinion of his father.

"They are my friends! I'm not willing to let them die because of my asshole father!"

"I want you to do another scan of the place then we can leave!"

"Fine! I never really thought too fondly of the guy anyway." The pilot admitted.

The pilot turned back and gave the house one more once over.
