You worked on set alongside the others, but you were only a side cast member so nobody outside of the cast knew who you were. You weren't huge like the main characters of the show, but nonetheless you enjoyed working with them because it was always fun never was there a dull moment on set. Everything was fooling around when the filming wasn't happening and the atmosphere was all around enjoyable.
You are sat in a chair waiting to be needed with the other extras watching as they filmed a main scene. You knew the lines of everyone because you liked to practice the entire movie/show you would be in. Which wasn't many, but you always mesmerized the lines in the script you were given. Usually you would have one or two lines yourself and be standing around most other times just faded into the background with everything else going on in the scene.
You giggle softly when Jenna forgets a line and you mouth it to her trying to help her out. She flashes you a wide smile when she catches on and manages to fix the moment with your help. You shift in your seat with a soft smile. Jenna was really kind and fun to work with you two had blossomed a rather sweet friendship. You were just a bit older then she was in the middle of age amongst the rest of the cast as she was one of the youngest, Yet she sometimes acted like she was older then everyone else around her.
"Thanks for that!" Jenna says after the scene when she approaches you still smiling.
You nod softly "Anytime, I like to help out when I can" You admit.
You two walk to the little snack and drink area together both getting something cold to drink as talking and repeating lines could often lead to a sore throat.
"I've noticed, You seem to know the lines when nobody else does. It's kinda epic" She returns with a compliment.
You blush softly "I know I'm a side cast minimal in the background, but I tend to learn the entire script just in case anyone does need help I like being prepared" You explain sipping the cold water you had picked from the cooler.
"I think that's awesome, Sidelines or not? All cast members are important because the show doesn't happen without all of us. It would be weird if it was always just us and nobody else to make things work. Just a few teenagers standing around talking and fighting against nothing" She giggles.
You smile softly and sit with her and the others for the food break that everyone was getting. "Thanks Jenna, Working on this specific set has actually been amazing, Everyone is welcoming and kind and it is always fun" You say.
"It's important to enjoy the people you work with or it can get really awkward on set. I really like working with everyone too. I have to admit it is one of the funnest sets I have ever worked on despite how dark the show it" She replies.
You smile and the others join into the chatter making it a group conversation you are chirping in here and there just enjoying the way everyone talked to one another. You were blossoming with some of these people friend wise and you knew even long after the show stopped filming you would still be friends with them because that is just how everyone here was and you wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
