Vigilante deku (fighting evil by moonlight!)

A boy that goes by the name "izuku midoriya" is currently being bullied by his classmates (the worst ones was katsuki bakugou and his goons) at aldera junior high because he was born quirkless and nobody wanted to be friends with him and the teacher couldn't care less about midoriya being bullied by his classmates.

Midoriya had been a fan of his idol
"all might" and one day he happened to run into all might and asked "if a quirkless person could be a hero?" And all might
(ass might) said no. And ever since his idol said that. Midoriya was no longer a fan of all might so he burned his all might merch in anger.

but one day, on his way to school, he sees a group of kids messing with a random cat so he scares the kids off and picks up the mysterious cat and sees a bandage on the cat's forehead, the cat freaks out and midoriya understands what the cat is freaking out about so he pulls off the bandage revealing a mark......

That would lead to deku becoming the #1 vigilante of Japan (in the area he lives in)

HE'S THE GUARDIAN OF LOVE AND JUSTICE!

but what happens when he meets a hobo man with a gray scarf around his neck........
