There was the black cat on my bed starting at me....
I freaked out seeing the cat
"WAH! The cat with the bald spot!" Izuku
"Uh it's not a bald spot don't be rude!" ???
Oh my god, the cat speaks...
"OMG you ca-n tal-k?! How can a freaking cat talk?!" Izuku
I stuttered a bit when I said that...
"Ahem, midoriya my name is Luna, and you can't imagine of how long I been looking for you." Luna
The cat knows my name 💀
"but before I tell you, I want to say thank you for saving me from those kids earlier today,Not to mention taking the bandage off, with it on I can't talk and it messes up my sensory powers!" Luna
"I thought I was done for when those kids put it on!" Luna
Hmm I wasn't buying it cuz I thought it was a dream
"Hmmm.... GOODNIGHT!" Izuku
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS ISN'T SOME KIND OF A JOKE!" "OH CMON ON WAKE UP, STOP PLAYING AROUND!" Luna
"Ok I'll prove to you it isn't a joke" Luna
I look up and see Luna jump in a circle and see something appear in the air, then it falls on my bed.
I look at Luna wondering what it was.
"A little gift for you!" Luna
I looked closer and it was a wand that had a sphere with wings on it?

"It's so pretty what is this?" Izuku
"Its something to help you with, strange things had been happening in the area you been living in, like small crimes that happen on a daily basis, but the pro heroes only seem to go for the bigger problems, even the police can't help out a lot, since I heard you were quirkless, you have been chosen to become the vigilante of Japan" Luna
"But that's not all, you will be able to have access to certain powers and items to use when attacking the villains/criminals, but you will only be able to use your powers when you are in your vigilante form, so you'll be quirkless when you detransform back to your normal self" Luna
"Wow that's so cool, so it is possible to still help and save people without a quirk!" Izuku
"But I do have to warn you about something, being a vigilante in Japan is illegal since your using powers without a license, so you need to be careful, if a hero or cop tries to catch you, run away fast but if they are still following you, fly away from them, since you will also have wings" Luna
