Dan ran his fingers along Sarah's impressive CD collection, stopping every so often to pull out one and look at it for a bit.

The two had just gotten back from having coffee, and Sarah had immediately changed into sweatpants the minute she got to her room, leaving Dan baffled and slightly jittery.

"I have it organized by the artists last name, so for example, if you were looking for Patrick Stump's solo stuff or something, you'd look under the S's. However, if you were looking for Fall Out Boy, you'd look for the F's,"  Sarah explained from where she sat on her messy, Tumblr-looking bed.

Sarah's house was everyone off of Tumblr's aesthetic, with all the right mix of band posters and white pristine walls. She had glitter on her fucking ceiling, how is that even possible?

"How long have you been collecting CDs for?" Dan grumbled, sliding his fingers over the Marilyn Manson CDs she owned.

Sarah bit her lip in a completely intentional sultry way as she thought, "I started collecting when I was fifteen I suppose."

Dan nodded and continued looking through the CDs in silence, pausing and widening his eyes as he pulled out My Chemical Romance's 'I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, "All my teenaged memories," he sighed, "How do you have this? This isn't even like, sold anymore for cheap."

"Amazon, you smart fuck," Sarah rolled her eyes, "Do you want to play it?"

Dan didn't even respond as he quickly opened her CD player and practically broke the CD by forcing it into the machine. Dan smiled in content as the melodic 'Romance' played through the speakers.

Dan was in love. Well, he wasn't, really, because according to internet scientists you aren't in love until at least six months of knowing a person, but fuck that, fuck scientists, if he wants to say he's in love, then he is in love.

Fucking hell, this girl owned more CDs than Dan could count, and he liked all the shows Dan liked, and he understood his sarcasm, and he loved her.

But like hell he was going to tell her though. She seemed unaware of it now, but she'd find out eventually, because if there was one thing Dan learned in the almost two days of knowing her, was Sarah was smart. Really fucking smart.

Dan walked back home, his fingers tight around the CD Sarah had given him. It was late at night, and he knew Phil would set him on fire for real if he didn't come up with a quick excuse before he got there.

But that would take a lot longer than walking around a corner, because Phil wasn't stupid either, and he'd see the hickeys on Dan's neck, and the grin that would somehow make it's way on his face, and he'd know he snuck out to see Sarah again. And he wouldn't be upset that Dan went to see Sarah again even though he warned him, he'd be upset because Dan had lied to him.

Dan sighed and sucked in his bottom lip as he walked up to his and Phil's flat, and he had one thought at the back of his head as he turned the doorknob, the thought he didn't even want to think of.

This girl could be the thing that could break up Dan and Phil's friendship.
