I let go of Lynn and she was staring at my eyes looking like she's deep in thought, "so, are you done with helping Lola ? Cause don't forget you owe me ice cream" I pulled her out of her thoughts
"Oh, yeah" Lynn threw her empty soda into the trash, I did the same and we went to the living room, I sat on the couch while Lynn was trying to motivate the guinea pig
"You gotta ask yourself one question ; how bad do I want it? NOW GO GET IT !" I gotta say Lynn has a special way to make you achieve your goals

In 6th grade, I remember how nervous I was to be the lead in cheer, we had to celebrate the winning of our school's football team that Lynn rocked

it was just about to start, but I just couldn't move my legs to get in the stage, I can hear my rabid heartbeat ringing in my ears, I just couldn't do it, until Lynn came, "Char, you look...." Young Lynn tried to find the right word to describe how I looked
"Tense" Lynn said worried, "gee, thanks " I mumbled sarcastically, "I'm sorry, but I honestly don't see what your worried about, your amazing dance moves are killer" Lynn tried doing tiny dances of my routines but failed miserably
"your cheer is perfect and I don't think that any of these girls are better than you, for real, if you really want to impress everyone and officially be in the cheer squad, you gotta give it all you got, and when you do your best, they can't say no"
After that, all the nerves left my body and I felt enthusiastic and encouraged, I hugged Lynn then let go when they announced that we are gonna start cheering, and I went on and and rocked their minds
End of flashback
After the guinea pig finally did the jump, Lynn and Lola celebrated their win, which brought me back to this world
"Char I did it ! I wrote the perfect speech !" Lynn grabbed my hands pulling me to jump with her wiggling both our arm
"Yeah, you did"
*time skip to the ice cream shop*
Lynn did fulfil her promise, we're now at the ice cream shop, I walked over to the ice cream aisle and almost pressed my face on the glass, "I don't know what flavour to get !" I squealed out excitement, "you say that every time then you get vanilla every time !" Laughed Lynn
"I know, but this time I'll try something new !" I told her but then some one came and-
"Charlotte ?"
Both Lynn and I turned around and my breath hitched

"I knew it was you, long time no see I guess" he joked sarcastically smirking, his hands on his waist
I looked over to Lynn and she knew it was the 'gUy' I've been talking about, and for some reason she looked she was about to pound at him, she was giving him the stink eye and looking him up and down, I knew it was devastating that she saw him taller
"Who's your friend ?" Theo asked, "oh, this is Ly-" "Lynn Loud junior, heard a lot of things about you....?" Lynn announced grittily cutting me off I really need to ask Lynn why she doesn't like him
"Oh I'm Theo, and good things I hope" Theo joked looking at me
I just hope im not blushing too much
Lynn's POV :
" and it's nice to meet you Lynn Loud junior" Theodore stupidly saluted making Char laugh
God, the nerve of this guy, he seemed really off, but I just couldn't put my finger on it
"Well I'd love to stay longer but I need to go, see you later Charlotte, Lynn Lou-" "it's just Lynn !" I cut him off
"Alright, bye Lynn." he said more firmly, before he left he sent Char a wink making her wave a goodbye smiling at him
Alright, it's official I do like Charlotte, all this time I thought it was just a faze cause she didn't have interest in guys, but now since there is someone, and all of the jealousy and emotions coming just from seeing her be happy with him, confirms it
Charlotte's POV :
God, does he look cute, but what's not cute is Lynn looking grumpy
"Hey, you ok? It seemed like you didn't like him" I asked concerned, "I'm ok, and he seemed like an...... average guy" Lynn responded
I thought it was progress since she didn't say 'gUy'
I turned around and saw him get on his car and he looked at me and held eye contact before he left, I was still looking out at the same place dazed
"So what flavour do you want ?" Lynn asked glumly, I was still looking out to where he was and mumbled "vanilla"
Lynn sighed roughly and turned to the cashier "one chocolate ice cream cone and one vanilla"
