The thunder crashed against the black sky that covered the moon. The castle was atop a mountain where a village lay.
A women with long brown hair looked down at the red headed girl in her arms as a man ran into the room where a balcony was.
The doors were the only things making it so the rain did not come in.
"I called him.", the man, Flynn Rider, said, his hair plastered to his face, "I can't be two places at once. She needs a better life than what we can give her."
"And you made this decision without me?", the women, Rapunzel, asked, a hint of annoyance in her tone, "You told me you would ask first before you did anything like that, Flynn."
As thunder crashed a man with reptilian like skin giggled as he sat on their bed. Hands clapping.
"What can I do for you sweetie?", the man asked.
"The Dark One?", Rapunzel said exasperated, "Well, we have lost our way of love. But we had our daughter out of love, but we can't help but feel we have been at the end of our ropes."
The Dark One thought about the situation, how could he make a deal that would help him as well as his "customers".
"I can give you your love back but at a cost, ", his voice sounded excited and high, "your daughter will not be able to love. She will be under a curse that only has a few ways to break. She will be in a deep slumber."
