And suddenly,
The world grew silent.I couldn't hear the monitor.
I couldn't hear their wails.
I couldn't hear the church bells.
I couldn't hear the organ playing.Somebody open that goddamn box
And let me see you to believe
That this is the last time. The second your flag had risen
I should have realized that you -
You always fucking knew
That your war would end a loss. How blind did they make me?
But you said,
"Don't cry for me.
I just want to play, little boy.
Keep making me laugh."No matter how weak you felt,
You refused to bring me,
Your most trusted cadet,
Down with you.And I hate you for that,
Though, I love you for that,
And I miss you for that.
Therefore, tonight,
I disobey your order.
Because the world grew so loud
That my ears bled.I'm still alive, Captain.
And, I'm crying for you.
