𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐈𝐈

"Put me down!" Jemery yelled at Elijah. 

"You come into our home and already you are already making demands? Niklaus have you ever heard of such a thing?" 

Klaus's eyebrows raised as he put a finger to his lip, "No I can't say I have." he put his arm back behind his back and then looked at Jeremy still talking to his brother, "Such a poor way to treat someones home as your own when you are unwelcomed." 

Bonnie ran up to them both and put a hand on Elijah's arm that was holding Jeremy, "Put him down!" 

He looked at her in the eyes searching to make sure that was what she truly wanted and when he saw she meant it he slowly sat him on the ground.

Klaus, however, was not going to give this settlement and was going to pick him up by his neck as well but Bonnie's wishes were more important to him than what he felt the Gilbert brother deserved for hurting her. 

Jeremy looked at Bonnie with nothing but anger in his eyes then looked at her stomach, "How could you? I mean I know we're not together but Bonnie him? Of all people?" 

Elijah pinched the bridge of his nose while Klaus scoffed. The audacity of some people.

Bonnie crossed her arms and looked at Jeremy, "And you of all people are worried about who I'm with why exactly?" Bonnie asked him with her sassiness throughout her tone. "Jeremy you cheated on me... with a ghost" 

"Bonnie that's not the point... look you've been stuck in this house for too long it's time to come back" Jeremy reached out for Bonnie's arm and instantly Klaus stepped in front of her, "I think it's time for you to go, mate. Bonnie is well taken care of"He said, turning to Bonnie and moving her hair out of the way to reveal the hickeys he had left on her neck smirking teasingly at Jeremy afterward.  

Jeremy without thinking tried to stake Klaus in the heart with the dagger he had in his hand. Klaus grabbed Jeremy by the wrist in one hand and with the other, he picked him up by his shirt, "It was nice for you to stop by to get your once lover back-" Klaus said to him as he took Jeremy to the door, "But she is not a piece of property that you can just sell and  just buy back" 

Once he made it to the door he threw Jeremy outside the house, "Tell your little friends that she is under my protection and will no longer be a second thought when you all need something." 

Bonnie felt his words cut her like a sword, making her shift a bit unconsciously. The only reason why they hurt so much for her was that it was sadly the truth. It also put things in perspective for her as well, if even Klaus could see what she had been thinking for months now then that definitely confirmed in her mind for it to be true. 

Jeremy's body hit the ground so hard it may have knocked the wind out of him causing him to put a hand on his chest while trying to catch his breath. After he did so he stood to his feet looking at Klaus who was now joined by Bonnie who seemed to be calming him down. That made Jeremy's blood boil and then the way Klaus looked at her even the way Bonnie looked at him, he could tell it wasn't love but he couldn't deny something was there. 

That isn't fair! She belongs with me! he thought to himself luckily he knew something that would punish Bonnie for leaving him for such a monster.

Bonnie took her eyes off Klaus, looking at Jeremy now, "Jeremy, I think it's time for you to go" 

Jeremy looked a Klaus with a smirk, "You said she was under your protection?" 

Bonnie and Klaus began to look confused until Bonnie's eyes widen in terror, 

"Does that extend to her father?"
