A/N - I would just like to say a really big sorry to those who have waited so long for their imagine requests! I've been distracted with other things lately, but I'm gonna try to knock all of these out today!
Just as a key, you are Dongin in this case.
Imagine...
You are sitting in one of your college classes, taking down the key points of your professor's lecture on the Civil Rights Movement. You aren't particularly interested in the topic, but as you do with most of your classes, you trug through it for the sake of your future.
The class ends and you and your friend chat as you walk through campus, headed to lunch.
"So have you talked to Sungjae lately, Dongin?" she asks, readjusting her bag just as it is about to fall off her shoulder.
"No, not really," you reply with a small shake of your head. "Last time we talked was a few weeks ago, actually."
"Wow," she says. "I don't think I could go that long or have as much patience as you do. How do you manage?"
"I don't know." You shrug your shoulders. "I guess I just tell myself that whatever he is doing in Ireland is making him happy, and that makes me feel a bit better."
"Jin jja...you really are an angel, aren't you?" she says jokingly, earning a laugh from you. "I just don't know how you cope. Especially since this week is your anniversary."
"Yeah, that's gonna be hard," you admit, sighing as you lower your eyes temporarily. "But he said he'd call me on Skype on that day, so I can look forward to seeing his face at least, right?"
"True, you do make a good point." She nods. "But still, if I were you, I would much rather see him in person."
You sigh, realizing you would, too.

The day of your anniversary arrives, and you find yourself roaming campus, trying to find some way to waste the time before you can see Sungjae. He has been away studying medicine abroad in Europe, which was why he wasn't with you today.
You find a park bench and sit down on it, feeling the need to take a short break. After you have been sitting there for a few minutes, you see someone come and sit next to you out of the corner of your eye, but don't turn your head to see who until they start to speak.
"Beautiful day, isn't it?" they say. "A good to celebrate something, if you ask me." You slowly turn your head and see Sungjae sitting there next to you, a satisfied smile occupying his lips.
'S-Sungjae?" you stutter, not sure if you're dreaming or not. "Is that you? Are you really here?"
"Well, they haven't created cloning technology yet, so I guess that means that I am here," he replies.
"But I thought you were in Ireland," you say, still in disbelief.
"I was, but I then I thought to myself, 'Who would want to spend their anniversary talking to their girlfriend over Skype? Not me.'" You smile and blink, feeling your eyes begin to swell with tears. "I missed you, Dongin-ah," he says, a softer tone in his voice now.
"I missed you, too," you say before you wrap your arms around his neck in a hug. He chuckles a little and hugs back, his arms wrapping around your waist in order to pull you closer.
"Happy Anniversary, baby," he says upon pulling back.
"Happy Anniversary," you say back, a smile on your face. Then, he leans in closer and reduces the space between you two once again, pressing a soft kiss to your lips.
