Mid game of the first quidditch match and it was Gryffindor vs Slytherin once again. We weren't on our top game this time. Slytherin lead by sixty points. Oliver defended another point and threw it back to me as I tried to score another but I was hit with a blunger. I screamed falling down to the ground.

"Vega Malfoy's been hit, Gryffindor is down a chaser." I hit it with a thud and there was a crunch.

Ah!" I screamed in pain, Madam hooch and Madam Pomfrey came rushing over .

"Easy Miss Malfoy, easy now." I was helped onto the side of the pitch while the others carried on.

"Oh yes you have a broken bone."

"Can you take care of her, we've got a rouge sludge going after Potter." I was taken away and put in a bed. I was given some pain relief and given something to help repair the break though i wouldn't be able to use it for a while. 20 minutes later Draco and Harry were brought in.

"What happened." I groaned seeing him being put into the bed next to me

"Lockhart happened, the man's a menace. He tried to repair Harry's broken arm and gave him no bones instead." Ron told me

"Are you alright Harry?"

"What about me...I'm your brother." Came the groans of my actual brother

"Do remember you seeming to care when I got hit by the bludger." I retort "To busy showing off, besides you look fine." I rolled my eyes. Madam Pomfrey examined the two and declared Draco fine but went to get something for Harry. I moved from my bed to a chair next to his.

"Hows you arm?" he asked

"I'll be fine. Madam Pomfrey wants to keep me in for a little bit, she says the bludger got my ribs and the fall broke my arm, though the medicine she had me on will repair my injuries, I will be sporting some major bruises." I told him as our friends gathered around us.

"Oh Mr Malfoy, stop making such a fuss you can go. Out of my way." everyone moved "He should have been brought straight to me. I can mend bones in a heartbeat but growing them back...."

"You will be able to won't you?" Hermione asked

"I'll be able to certainly. But it will be painful." she poured out some medicine "You're in for a rough night Potter. Regrowing bones is a nasty business." he took a gulp and spat it back out.

"What did you expect? pumpkin juice?"

That night I was shaken awake furiously, i groaned in pain but woke up none the less.

"What?" I mumble

"I hear it again." Harry whispered loudly. My eyes snapped open and I looked around the quite infirmary with only two of us in attendance.

"Hello." Our attention snapped to Harry former empty bed, there stood one of my house elves.

"Dobby?" we asked

"Mistress." he bowed his head "Harry Potter should have listened to Dobby. Harry Potter should have gone back home when he missed the train." my jaw dropped

"It was you. You stopped the barrier from letting Ron and me through." Harry voiced

"Dobby that was very bad." I pointed at him

"Indeed, yes, mistress."

"You nearly got Ron and me expelled." Harry snapped back and Dobby jumped over onto my bed.

"At least you would have been away from here. Harry Potter must go home. Dobby thought his bludger would be enough to make Harry Potter see...."

"You, hexed the blunger? Dobby you could have killed us, are you insane, we're both here because of you. I snapped at him

"Dobby feels most aggrieved, mistress. Dobby had to iron his hands." he showed us his bandaged up hands. and i used my good hand to cover my face

"You better clear off before my bones come back, or I might strangle you." Harry threatened

"Not before me." i got out of bed. Dobby squealed slightly and jumped off the bed.

"Dobby is used to threats, sir."

"I will make my father look like an angel, why are you trying to kill Harry and why do you think its a good idea for me to get caught in the crossfire. You knew the risks, you decided to do it anyway." he backed off as I stalked closer.

"Not kill you, never kill you. Mistress Vega has always been kind to Dobby. Dobby remembers how it was before Harry Potter triumphed over he who must not be named. We house elves were treated like vermin, it was only the mistress who was kind of heart that made working a pleasure. Of course Dobby is still treated like that now his favourite mistress is gone for most of the year." he started sobbing and I relented dropping to my knees.

"Dobby, I'm sorry." Dobby blew his nose into his shirt.

"Why do you wear that thing lobby?" Harry asked

"Its the uniform of a house elves employment, or I should say enslavement. Dobby can only be freed if his master presents him with clothes." I answered on his behalf. "I've tried, father would not relent." there was movement in the corridor. Dobby jumped up on the bed

"Listen." he gestured for us to come closer and we did "Terrible things are about to happen at Hogwarts. Harry Potter must not stay here now that history is about to repeat itself."

"Repeat it's self, you mean this has happened before?" Dobby covered his mouth, he knew more than he let on.

"I shouldn't have said that." he grabbed the skeleton grow bottle and started hitting himself. I grabbed it and slammed it back on the table

"Stop doing that!" i whispered harshly

"Tell me Dobby, when did this happen before. Who is doing it now?" Harry grabbed him by the shirt.

"Dobby cannot say, sir. Dobby only wants Harry Potter and Mistress Vega to be safe." he insisted

"Dobby tell us." he clicked his fingers and vanished. We heard footsteps and raced back to our beds pretending to be asleep. I heard some of the adults come in

"Put him here. What happened?" Madam Pomfrey asked

"There's been another attack." Dumbledore answered

"I think he's been petrified Madam Pomfrey." professor M added but I dare not move "Perhaps he managed to take a picture of his attacker. There was a sound of a flash

"What does this mean Albus?" Professor M wondered

"This means that our students are in grave danger?"

"What should i tell the staff."

"The truth. That Hogwarts is no longer safe. It is as we feared Minerva. The chamber of secrets has indeed been opened again."
