JOY P.O.V
My head aches badly, and I feel like throwing up every second. These past few days, I was introduced to unimaginable new information from Dion. He said something about my father's death, and it was... Surprising. Since my father was a billionaire, people wanted the seat he was sitting in. Of course, he would be a target for many people. Includes Martin.

"Hey, Gloomy, how are you?" Dion's head popped up from the door. I told him to come into my room, and he sat on the bed next to me.
"Bad," I deadpanned on my bed.
"Me too," Dion caressed the top of my head, "by the way, I have something to talk about father."
"What about it?" I sat up, laying my back on the headboard.
"I discover something suspicious. Since I thought he died to quickly and my guts were telling me to find out more, I decided to do an autopsy before his funeral," Dion puts his hands up in defense, "I know I should have told you in the first place, but you had a lot on your mind, and I get it."
"Guess what they found?" Dion gave me a brown envelope that had a 'confidential' stamp on it. I opened it and read the paper. I read the title 'autopsy report' and glide my eyes through the form. I was carefully looking over the words one by one. It says there's a drug inside his veins. Sodium thiopental, pancuronium bromide, and potassium chloride- wait, this is-
"Aren't these the drugs used for lethal injection on prisoners?" I asked my brother.
He raised his eyebrow, "I'm not going to ask how you know that, but yes, it is."
"Who did this?!" I didn't realize my fists clenched, which made me wrinkle the autopsy report. Dion gave me another envelope with the same color and stamp. It was a photo from the CCTV of a nurse getting inside my father's room.
"We had to check the hospital record, and no one was in charge of our father's IV that night. He didn't even call the nurse. We suspect someone dressed as a nurse successfully passed the bodyguard and killed him. Don't worry. I have fired the bodyguard," Dion explained, "we also hired a detective to find the culprit, and since our business is legal, the police are involved."
"You fired the company bodyguard?"
"Oh right, I haven't told you..." Dion scratched the back of his neck, "it turns out father inherited the company to me until I passed it to someone."
"Oh my God, that's great!" I hugged Dion, but I stopped for a second.
The company.
I didn't think about the company until now. I was so busy mourning my father that I neglected the family business, "But you didn't want to?"
"I had to. Do you want the company in Martin's hand?" Dion asked, and I shook my head, "I will be in charge of the company until I pass it down to you. I already talk this with father, and he agreed to the idea."
"He trusts me?" I asked in disbelief.
"He does," Dion smiled at me, "he changed so much."
I nod in agreement. It took me years to trust me in the family business, but he can't see me running around his office when I'm in charge. I want to see his face, being a proud father to his daughter. I always imagine, but sadly, it can't be a reality. I start to cry as I hide my face in my hand.

I hadn't forgotten about what Dion had told me. I'll be the CEO of Wright Enterprises.
A few days later, the detective did facial recognition on the culprits, and he just so happened to have a criminal record. He was in jail for assault and was just released. They had already caught the criminal and investigated him. He was asked who he worked for, but he didn't say a single word.
