Khelani's pov 

After driving around for about an hour trying to figure were to go so mr sir don't find me I decided to go to my friends malique house. He has been my friend from highschool he has really been a comforter for me since he's known me. He is the one who helped me get over the heartbreak tyrese caused.

I can't go to lanny's or amelia's house since those are the two first places he would check for me. I called malique to let him know I am coming over and he told me okay, he never ever has a problem with me staying with him or even visiting him. 

When I got to him his security let me in, they know me too well after I get in he hugged me and offered me something to drink.  Me remembering that I am on medication told him that I only want water.

Yaah breed gyal? he said and I quickly said no. I told him that I was in a coma and I need to be clean since I am on medication. 

He brought in the bottle of water and sat next to me asking me to explain what is taking place. He knew about tyquan from high school. I told him that tyquan is back and I told him what happened.

He had no words for all that I told him. He hugged me and told me that everything will be fine

he was cooking so we were playing music while he cooked. we danced and vibe, The music was loud which caused my head to start hurting a bit. I turned it down a little and we still were vibing. 

I felt my phone vibrating and when I looked it was lanny and I know for sure that tyquan is behind this, after it finished ringing I turned my phone off.

Nah tell no lie yuh ouse comfortable bad I turned to malique and said, haffi enuh cause e gyal them haffi feel good when them come ya he replied. 

malique has always been a player but he is inlove with lanny.

Lanny has always been the too good for a man type, she believes a man only slow you down in life so she never pay attention to malique or any one.

After he's done cooking he shared food for us. we ate and watched greys anatomy, My favourite and he knows this I have watched over every single season and everytime I watch It it seems new to me.

after we finished eating he washed the dishesand we started watching the tv again. I don,t know when I fell asleep but I was awaken by a loud bang and when I got up I was staring right in Tyquan's face.

Tyquan's pov

She deh a some random man yaad, she feel man a boy we hae a likkle disagreement and a man yaad she gone. The thing seh the house register to malique myrie mi sure is not a gyal name suh.

I told malique to get the ready cause we aguh murda something If a that haffi gwaan. 

When I got to the house this man has security seems like he knows his shit. We got let in because as quite as matthew is he is deadly. 

We knocked and as he opened the door we pointed the gun at him and walked in to see khelani just waking up. 

who tf this khelani and wa yuh a do yasso and before yuh even think fi tell me nuh fuckry just chat the truth before mi haffi shoot him inna him face. She stared to stutter

Suh yuh dumb now. ayye bwoy who yuh be before mi haffi empty mi clip inna yuh face.

He's just a friend and tek the gun outta him face yuh see the main reason why mi leff outta the house, yuh issa gunman tyquan yuh involve inna things weh nearly cost me life and mi a try process this and yuh still come wid e violence not only did you break into my friends house but yuh a threaten fi kill him she said with her voice cracking indicating that she wants to cry.

That's besides the truth she screamed. I moved closer to her and she backed up, I told matthew to lower his gun off that man over there. Mi nuh interested fi know him name. 

I pulled her in and hugged her whispering in her ear that I don't want her to be afraid of me and that my intentions are never to harm her. she hugged me back and I told her to go wait in the car. 

She warned me that if I hurt malind or wateva the boy name she's done with me, mi nuh know why she a defend deh boy yah suh. Mi nuh trust man round mi oman enuh.

Big man mek we talk I said to him. I asked him what relation he is to my wife, soon mek deh wife thing deh legal enuh. 

He told me that they have been close since highschool and he see's her as his sister. lucky him neva seh friend cause friend fuck friend and mi nuh waah haffi kill it.

after we finished the convo I got in the car and drove off and matthew did the same in his car. The drive back was real quite she stared outside the window for the whole drive back. When we got back to the house we sat outside for majority of the time. 

Finally I break the silence breaking her how are we going to explain this to her mother. We just haffi guh tell her the truth enuh khelani although mi nuh wnt she hate me she haffi know the truth. She agreed and we then decide to go inside. 

As we opened the door her mother greeted us, We need to talk miss marcy I said, we sat down I told her everything. 

I told her from how I was the one who got her pregnant and everything that happened after that, she was mostly disappointed. But she forgave me and told me that I have to try to better myself.
