hey guys! Sorry if there was no christmas special i was planning on it but i got badly sick and im writing this in advance while im still sick so idk if im still ganna be sick in new year (and i posted it on new years) so enjoy the chapter!

A/n pov

           Seek was wearing a hairband with a writing "happy new years! " on it.

And guess who put it on? Of course the good ol' lovely screech who was giggling quietly because of his fathers angry eyes.

And figure was 'reading' a novel. Aka a book was reading itself.

The monsters grew used to figures talking and moving books.

Although they were uneased about it when they first saw it. That was all figure did every holiday.

Read a book about or based on the holiday and relax maybe even drink something or two.

And seek spent it with his friends and mostly screech and the other monsters.

And he was mostly pitiful for figure but it was how he celebrated every holiday.

Cooped up in his huge library like a animal hibernating every holiday and it was now annoying seek.

Since he wanted to spend a new years with his lovely "friend" so he decided that he would drag figure outside of his huge little library.

He didn't care that he was bigger than him he just wanted to spend some lovely time with him! Thats all.. Yeah... Right..

Anyway he was now going to figures big gold doors. He opened it not wanting to alert his crus- i mean friend. He walked slowly.

Although figure noticed immediately although he pretended not to he didn't know who it was so he waited.

While seek walked up to figure and tapped his shoulders.

Figure turned as seek scolded " figure come with us outside please! Just this once you cant hide here forever! Please....! "

Seek exclaimed.

Figure groaned "but-"

"NO NO BUTS" seek yelped. As he tried to drag figures long arms but to no suprise he couldn't.

"Fuck my ass.. " seek mumbled. He clearly didn't think about this and there he was embarrassed.

He gave up after awhile of groaning and  complaing and a few giggling from figure.

Seek finally let go and he was boiling litterally.

His goop had bubbles and he was leaving black goo on the ground he quickly realized.

"Sorry about that-" he got cut off

"Nah its fine.. And about the offer sure ill go i gues-? " and then he got cut of by seek

"REALLY AAAA " seek yelled excitely. And soon enough the bubbles we're gone and now replaced with nothing.

"LETS GO THEN ! " figure nodded and walked with his little companion they had little conversations them joking around laughing like true "friends".

Soon enough they got there and everyone was wearing the hairbands screech handed out. 'Guess screech handed those out' seek thought.

Seek saw screech with the hairbands he was handing one to Timothy. "Hey can i have one dear? " seek asked.
