Days went by and the green haired man didn't show up. You started to actually miss his presence.

Then, after two more days, you heard a knock on your door. You sighed, stood up, and walked over to the entrance. When you opened your eyes, you couldn't believe them.

"Execuse me, are you miss Y/N?" a little boy with ginger hair asked. He had freckles and cute, blue eyes. He also owned an old-looking winter hat.

"Teucer? What are you doing here?" you asked as you proceeded to hug the little boy. As you did, tears started streaming down your face.

"Some rude, evil man asked me to come here and visit you because you knew my brother. I didn't actually believe him at first, but he kept on telling me how big of a brat I was and that I shouldn't be so impolite to a- what did he say again? Something like yaksha? I don't know. " the boy said as he looked at you cluelessly. You couldn't help but smile and let go of a little laugh.

"He was right, I did know your brother. It wasn't for a really long time, but I can guarantee that we were reaaaally close." you told the boy as you invited him inside and sat him down near the table.

"He was the best big brother" Teucer continued "and he was veeeery strong, you know. He also had this really cool scarf which he wore all the time, and when the wind blew it looked sooo cool on him."

You started to rustle under your bed, and little boy couldn't help but get curious. After some searching, you finally found what you were looking for.

When you got the red scarf out from under your bed Teucer's eyes became wide.

"Is that my borther's?" he asked. His tone sounded kind of sad, yet it was filled with happiness. You walked over to the boy and handed the scarf over to him.

"I think it belongs to you now. I'm sure your brother would've wanted to give it to you as well." you smiled at the little guy. He thanked you with a big hug.

"I think you should get going before it gets dark" you told the little boy. He thanked you once again and left with a smile on his face.

It was dark. You looked out the window to see liyue's street still filled with people. You kinda wanted to go out as well. Why not? You thought to yourself. You grab és your bag, put your shoes on and went outside.

The lights were even more beautiful up close. Everything seemed to be filled with life and joy, and it was just amazing. You could still see a few people selling their stuff, advertising themselves. You even walked past a restaurant, where people were mostly sitting outside to enjoy the night's gentle breeze.

You walked over to the port to sit down and put your legs in the water.

The water was cold. You looked at the night sky and saw the moon and the stars. Their reflection on the lake looked stunning, and it put you at ease.

After you were done stargazing, you decided to head back home. It was around 11 PM, and streets have started to grow quieter.

"What is a young lady doing outside at this hour?" a male voice asked.

You froze. You didn't want to be rude, but out of fear the following words left your mouth:

"Non of your business"

"Ah, that is quiet hurtful, Y/N." the voice replied.

"How do you know my name?" you asked, surprised. You turned around and finally saw that the voice that called out to you was no other that Zhongli.

"Oh, my goodness, I am so sorry!" you apologised as you finally knew who it was. He chuckled.

"It is alright. It was my fault for scaring you, so late at night." he said. "So, what are you up to this late? Would you like me to escort you back?"

"I'm fine, thank you. I just wanted to get some fresh air." you smiled at your friend.

"Alright then, but please be careful" he said as he bid you farewell.

When you finally got home you were really exhausted. All you wanted to do was take a hot shower and watch a good movie in your cozy little bed.

You took your shoes off and switched the lights on, when you saw a long trail of blood on the floor, leading into the bedroom.
