Chapter 5: troublemaker

4. January 2004 (Evening)

"I'm back!" Shouted Chifuyu and walked into the apartment. Baji looked up, that scared the shit out of him."Hey." He greetings him. "Hey Chifuyu!" Haisha screamed out of the Kitchen. "Did you found something?" "Uhm..." Mumbled Chifuyu and hold the back he was caring up. "Nee-san, i bought something for you."

Haisha came out of the Kitchen and looked examining at Chifuyu. "Oh no.... Not again Chifuyu!" She shouted scared and walked to him. Now Baji also noticed that Chifuyu had many scratches in the face and his nose was bleeding. What happened Did they found the troublemaker?

"Nee-san... take it." Chifuyu gave Haisha the shopping bag which she took. But as soon as she had it she put it away and took Chifuyu to the couch where Baji was sitting. She disapeared in the Bathroom and came back with plasters and disinfectant spray.

"Chifuyu..." she mumbled while shaking her head. "Why can't you come back one time without being hurt? I'm worried about you!" "Hm..." Chifuyu mumbled. "Do you think Mom is also worried?" The question came out of nowhere. Haisha stared at him unsure what to say or to do.

Baji looked through them, unsure if he should say something. "Mom is busy, you know that. Dad is also." Explained Haisha. "Hmpf..." Chifuyu looked down and sighed quietly. Then he looked at Baji. "What are you still doing here?" He asked a bit happier.

"I have tutoring." said Baji. "Doesn't look like." Mumbled Chifuyu. "Yes, i have. And Haisha invited me to dinner." Chifuyu stared at his Sister who was about to put a plaster on Chifuyu.

"Nee-san!?" he asked. "What about: We hate each other. ?" Haisha and Baji looked shortly at each other. "Uhm..." Baji mumbled.

"I think we'll survive it." Said Haisha shortly. Not nice but also not with a strict voice...it was....a voice that made me believe her. Wait-? Why shouldn't i believe her? Isn't it like this? Is it different? Or...was Baji hoping that it would be different? "However, dinner is ready. You two can come to the table."

Chifuyu and Baji were about to get up as Chifuyu remembered the shopping bag that Haisha put away. "Nee-san! You still have to see what i bought you! Please! I'm sure you will like it!" Haisha sighed and goes to the bag. Baji looked Curious how her face was lighting up and her eyes started to sparkle.

"Chifuyu..." She mumbled quietly. "You didn't had to...." Haisha smiled and took out a new Kimono. It was pretty plain, had a white top that was decorated with red leaves at the end of the sleeves and a skirt that was just red.

"It's not special.... but i thought since yours broke last year as you fell on the festival." Haisha's mouth literally fell open and she looked at him with sparkling eyes. "Thank you Chifuyu!" She creamed and jumped to him to hug him. "That's so nice of you! Thank you! But..:" Haisha let go of him and looked at him.

"That's actually my money." Chifuyu laughed, shaked his head and gave her, her 3000 Yen back. "My Money." Haisha eyes sparkled even more and she hugged him again. "Thank you Chifuyu! Thank you!" Baji looked at them smiling and sat in that time down at the table.

As Haisha said 10 more times Thank you to her Brother she dissapeared in the kitchen and came back with a big tray. "Sushi?" Asked Chifuyu and looked with sparkling Eyes at it. "Oh yes! Thank you Nee-san!" Haisha seemed to notice Baji's confused look and explained to him that Chifuyu was of firm conviction that Haisha is the best Sushi cook in the whole world.

Baji laughed amused and then took a piece. Haisha smiled and also ate one, while Chifuyu looked exited at Baji. "And?" He asked and after a short time Baji's eyes started to sparkle.

He swallowed and looked at Haisha who was about to pick another piece. "Matsuno-chan!" He screamed and grabbed her Arm. Haisha let shocked her chopsticks fall and stared at Baji, who was looking at her with sparkling eyes. "Chifuyu is right! That's the best Sushi i have ever eat!"
