Mia is walking into darkness, unable to understand what she is doing there. It's all horrifying. She's getting weird flashes as if something is calling to her, pulling her close.
I think this is a graveyard. She gets scared suddenly when she said it to herself. There was more to it. She wasn't only scared but anxious as well. It might appear strange, but she was feeling like there was something or somebody awaiting her for a long time.
It wasn't a normal graveyard. There were mysterious figures near each tombstone. They were perhaps statues. She looked around and saw an even more scary, big castle. All wrapped in darkness.
Oh, okay. It isn't scary at all. She tried to calm herself down but deep down she knew that there was something or someone that she has to save.
She heard something. It was a sharp sound of rattling chains. She abruptly stopped herself from moving forward, saying that Nobody walks towards the place which is like a shrieking shack.
As she was about to move forward and step inside, a black stour rushed towards her. She screamed and opened her eyes, only to find herself fallen from the bed.
Oh! Come on, Mia. You were having a nightmare again. Mia's closest friend, Sully said exhaustedly once she woke up.
Sully had been trying to wake her up for the last few minutes but as always, Mia wouldn't budge. It has happened many times since Mia turned 18. She often has nightmares and if anyone tried to wake her up, then all in vain. Nobody could pull her out ever and doctors finds nothing medically wrong with it. So, her friends and family have basically stopped trying. They know she'll be alright once she wakes up. On her own, of course.
Sitting on the floor, Mia tried to remember her dream but as always, she couldn't. How's that possible that the feeling is still there, but I'm unable to remember what actually happened in my dream? Mia asked disappointedly.
I can feel it. The pain, the pull. But why everything is in bits and pieces? Why can't I collect it all?
Sully didn't know how to answer her as it never made sense to her.
Mia got up and went to take a shower. She wasn't someone who could sit for hours, wondering and crying why something bad is happening to me. Unlike others, she was quite different when it comes to dealing with traumas. She was cheerful and optimistic.
Despite the darkness she feels in her nightmares, Mia was full of light. She was the kind of person who believes in miracles. It was the only thing that helped her through thick and thin.
But will she remain like this forever?
It seems like the darkness she comes across in the nightmares is actually there, waiting to succumb her.
The windows suddenly opened up, as Mia went to take a shower. It was the same black stour. But this time, its red glaring eyes were more clear. Something pushed it away as Mia stepped outside.
Wait, what was that? Did you see it? She asked Sully only to find that she is no longer in the room.
Everything in the room suddenly started getting cold and dark. The book on her table, opened up. It was glowing.
Mia gets shocked seeing all this.
Please, wake up. Please, wake up. This is another nightmare.
She was still in her bathrobe when something pulled her inside the book.
