"So? Zackary, what a damn shame. Meeting you here with another fucking man at a time like this? How are you feeling, whore?" Duncan chuckled coldly.
Zack crossed his arms and glared at him "Shut the fuck up, Duncan't. Having the Audacity to talk to me only to create an audience for yourself.". Tom stood next to him, leaning against him, brushing his arm against Zack's "Better leave, it's always good to leave the fire untouched.".
"Say that five times fast and nobody will care to hear you. Tch..Just like your Daddy." Duncan chuckled, his friends smiled like the devil as they cheered him on. "It's clear as day, you'd rather be with your mama instead of your dad because he never cared about you.".
Tom realized that Duncan was going down Zack's childhood, insulting him emotionally to make him embarrassed. "Duncan, Stop it. He doesn't want you to insult his dad, you know why he doesn't talk about him as much." The leader wrapped an arm around Zack's waist, trying to ease him.
"Oh? How about I ask him how was working with a broom? Or scrubbing the Floor? Or working on Josh's Farm? Will that be alright, Mr. Playboy?" The skinhead growled. "That's enough, Dumbass. How about you go on ahead and just fucking leave us alone, huh?" Tom argued, shoving Duncan to his friends, taking a few steps back.
Duncan's skinhead friend howled with laughter "Hey man! You have no sense of humor, Duncan tells those jokes all the time to the whore, he doesn't mind it! Why are you being an idiot?". "Knock it off. Zack isn't a Whore, he's my lover." Tom defended, turning away from them "Come on, Zack. We'll just pay at the front.".
Zack nodded and walked off with Tom to pay. After paying, they began to walk to their car but were suddenly stopped by Duncan and his group "I wasn't done yet, Zacky. When will you ever listen?! Your dad wasn't even better, he was abusive and a bible thumper! God knows what drugs he was on while he was with you while you were six years old!" Duncan bellowed, taking a few steps towards Zack, who was overwhelmed.
"Stop. Just Stop it." He pleaded, hugging himself to not break down. "Bullshit. Your dad was probably fine but you just Had to make everything so hard for him, that's why he looks the way he does now, it was all because of you. Maybe if I talk to him, then he'll tell me the whole truth." Duncan taunted.
The man darted his eyes away and looked down at the floor "You know Tom's gonna use you, right? That's all his people are, have no father, so they can use others and go on to get money for their own greed. Greedy little hungry bitches." Duncan teased, glaring at Tom with hatred.
"Yet..you love him. What a waste of time and money, Zacky. I bet you call him Daddy because your father wasn't there for you, your father..hated you." He glared at Zack with his devilish smile and saw that he was leaning against the car, covering his mouth with his hand and quietly crying.
Tom grabbed Duncan's arm, his grip tightened "I think I should take him home now. He doesn't want you near him.".
The leader let go of Duncan and watched him walking back to the diner, laughing with his friends. Tom glanced at Zack, sighing deeply "..You didn't need to do that." He sighed.
"Zack, please. He knew what he was doing, he's stupid." Tom crossed his arms, trying to calm down Zack. "Tom..just take me home. I-I don't wanna deal with this, take me home." Zack sighed as he walked away from Tom, and got into the back of the car.
Tom felt like the date between the two was ruined, Zack loved him but it was shut down by Duncan, he sighed deeply as he got into the driver's seat and drove back to the house.
All in complete silence between them, no conversations, nothing but just the changing weather from a nice partly cloudy day to a Raining afternoon.
