I went to my wardrobe and got my outfit on. (If you need to have a memory reboot of what it looks like check chapter 9).
It then got to the start of the dance. I was panicking and hyperventilating but luckily Etta calmed me down just before I walked in. Ajax was there.. waiting for me. He looked amazing in his yellow tuxedo and I saw him looking at me in awe. 'Y-y-you' he stuttered. 'I what?' I asked laughing. 'Y-you look amazing' he said. 'Thanks you too' I replied blushing.
Then the music started. Ajax grabbed my hand and dragged me to the dance floor. He began twirling me around and I felt like a prince/princess. It was the best feeling I have felt in ages. Suddenly I bumped into someone. 'Oh hi Xavier' I said as soon as I realised it was him. 'Oh Y/n hi' he said sounding surprised. 'Who are you here with?' I asked. 'Me' I heard a voice say. A girl stepped out from behind him. She had beautiful eyes and a necklace round her neck. My guess is that she is a siren. 'I'm Bianca' she said. 'Nice to meet you' I replied 'I'm..' 'Y/n I have heard a lot about you' she interrupted looking at Xavier. Ajax soon butted in ' Hi Xavier, Bianca sorry but we have to go I will catch up with you tomorrow Xavier' he said grabbing my arm. 'Ok sure'Xavier replied 'Ok well I'll see you around' Bianca said. And we left.
