Chapter 4

Luke ended up sleeping over at mine, and we decided to sleep in the living room so that we could... Talk together? We were halfway through The Great Gatsby on TV. "So Chelsea, what did you and Calum talked about?" Ashton asked turning back to me. He was sitting on the floor and planning to sleep on the floor as well. "Umm... Not much, basically he told me he told me that had the same dreams as mine, and i learned, that his birthday is before mine, and he used to go to our school," I gestured Luke who was slouched on the other long couch. "but moved, and... He was a friend of you guys." I finished. "So what do you think?" Luke asked. "Of what?" I asked, but i already know who he was talking about. "Me. No, Calum, who else would it be?" He asked sarcastically. "He's nice, i never thought i would meet him, i didn't even thought that he actually exist!" I said letting out a little laugh. "And he does Chelsea." Luke smiled. I heard the front door open and we all shifted to look who it was. "Hey mom!" I smiled. "Oh hi honey, you sleeping here?" Mom asked as she put her car keys down to the table. "Yeah, and Luke's here too." I smiled. "Oh, well, okay you guys don't stay up so late." She said before walking up the stairs to her room. "Do you think you'll see him again?" Ashton asked. "Mmm... I don't know, i mean, the world is a small place and he's your friend... maybe, yeah." I said the longest answer. The my phone suddenly buzzed. I picked it up from the table beside the couch and it was a text from Calum.

Calum: movie tomorrow?😊
Me: i told you, sure 😛
Calum: is that a yes or a no?
Me: it's a maybe😏
Calum: damn😜

"Who are you texting?" Luke asked. "Calum." I answered him without looking up to him. "Nice!" Ashton laughed and Luke joined him.

Me: can ash and luke tag along?
Calum: sure, it'll be fun!
Me: kay thenn, see you tomorrowwww😁😁
Calum: see ya!😁😉

I smiled and locked my phone then put it back to the table.

We fell asleep durning Captain America: The Winter Soldier. I love the movie, Chris Evans is fine, Scarlett Johansson was badass in the movie. But, i fell asleep. I woke up by the smell of beef bacons and the sounds of frypans. I sat up ans stretched my arms and rubbed my eyes. I looked towards the kitchen and saw my mom cooking breakfast. I quietly left the living room cause' Ash and Luke are still asleep. "Morning mom." I smiled as i stepped into the kitchen. "Oh, hi honey, you're up early." She smiled. "I smelled beef bacon." I grinned. "Nice, i made pancakes too." She smiled placing the slices of bacons to a plate. "Where did you go last night?" I asked taking one beef bacon. "I saw your dad." She said. "You did?" I asked nervous. "Yeah--" "What were you doing with him?" I asked cutting her off. "I had a meeting, and it turns out it was your dad, and he take me out for coffee." She explained. "Coffee until ten at night?" I asked raising my voice a little. "We had a lot to catch up honey." She smiled. "Oh, okay." Was all i said.

Mom and dad split when i was 12, dad just had so much, like-- so much work, that he didn't come home for a month. He also left Australia thousands of time. He went to America, Japan, UK, Portugal, Singapore, Indonesia, Canada, and any other countries for work. My mom didn't like it, so she decided to get a divorce. They both were crying. I was crying. We all love each other, but mom just can't bare the distance. I haven't seen him since i was 14, now, he's back in Australia. "Do you think, you'll meet up with him?" Mom asked. "Yeah, i think." I answered blankly. "Good morning!" Ashton said with his raspy morning voice. "Hey!" I smiled. "Good morning Ashton, how was your sleep?" Mom asked. "It was good, even though i slept on the floor it was good!" He smiled showing his dimples. "You were using the sleeping bag too." I added. "Yep." He smiled. "Hello." Luke came in rubbing his eyes. "Hey Lukey." Ashton greeted him as he put his arm around him. "Still sleepy?" I asked. "Yeah." He yawned. "Then, why not go back to sleep Luke?" Mom asked as she plates the scrambled eggs to a plate. "I smelled beef Bacon." He looked up.

"Honey, I'm leaving." Mom shouted from downstairs. "Kay!" I answered back. Then i heard the front door shut. I wore my blue high waited shorts with a light blue crop top. I went down and Ashton was sitting on the couch. He was wearing a Rolling Stones t-shirt, and a black skinny jeans. There was a hole right on the knee, so i'm guessing he cut it himself. "Where's Luke?" I asked. "shower." He said, his eyes glued to his phone. "Who are you texting?" I asked sitting beside him. "Calum." He smirked turning to me. "What's that smirk for?" I asked him. "It's just a smirk." He winked then look back to his phone. My phone buzzed and I got a text from Calum.

Calum: maze runner?
Me: maze runner :)
Calum: four peeps?
Me: yep

Then i heard the door closed. Ashton and I turned back in reflex, Luke was wearing a grey sweater with a black skinny jeans. "Should we go?" Luke asked pushing his hair back. "Let's go!" I said getting up from the couch. Luke and Ashton slipped their black Vans on as i slipped my white shoe from Cotton On. "Let's go!" Luke said as he help me to get up and put his arm around me.

Luke and i were standing in front of the cinema, Ashton was looking for Calum somewhere in this building. "Well, i'm going to buy the tickets." Luke said walking away. "Hey, Luke!" I called. But he ignored and walked into the cinema. I sigh and took my phone from my pocket.

Me: where are u?
Asht💩: i'm here, i brought Calum, chill

I giggled to myself and looked around. I saw Ashton weaving his hand. Calum smiled as he saw me. He was wearing a white plain white t-shirt with a black skinny jeans.

With holes on the knees too.

"Where's Luke?" Ashton asked. "He, went in to buy the tickets." I said my hand motioning to the cinema. Then he winked at me before rushing into the cinema. "So, shall we go in?" He asked. "We shall." I laughed. He joins in.
