Lyla Blake's P.O.V.
My blood curdling scream echoed through the room as my head flies up from the pillow. I jump of my bed and run to the long mirror on the wall and open it. No matter how much you messed with it you would never know how to open it unless someone told you. I crawl in the small room behind the mirror and sit in the corner holding my cold knees as tears run down my face.
"Storm? Sweetie, I'm coming in." A calming voice says through the mirror.
"Mom! What happen!" An unfamiliar voice says.
"It's okay boys. Storm just has nightmares sometimes. Go put Jessie back to bed I can handle this." A moment of silence then Sgt. Jones speaks again.
"I promise everything is okay. Now go to Jessie. I bet she's freaking out right now."
Another unfamiliar voice says "Alright, come on Emmett. I hope she's okay Mrs. Jones."
"Thank you Parker. Storm, I'm gonna need you to listen to my voice. I'm going to open the mirror now. " The mirror opens. "There you are. Come here." She says with a small smile.
I walk over to her and her protective arms wrap around me. We sit there like that for while before anybody speaks a word.
"I was wondering if you would want to go to school Monday? I know that's only two days from now but I thought it would be enough time and also your in the same grade as Emmett and Parker so you'll know two people there. It's just that we've been home schooling you for a couple of weeks but i think it would be nice for you to be around people your own age." She says looking at me with a guilty smile.
"By your guilty looking smile I'm guessing you already enrolled me and I don't have much of a choice. Am I right?" I laugh through my silent sniffles.
"Maybe." She giggles.
"Fine but I'm not going to talk to anyone. Also I want you to tell the teacher that I'm not going to answer any questions if they ask me." I say turning to look at her. She smiles and hugs me, squeezing the breath out of me.
"Alright sweetie, I will. Now get some sleep. We have to show you Derek's gym tomorrow." She says letting go of me and opening the mirror and walking to the door.
I walk to my bed and watch as Tami smiles and closes the door. I release a sigh I didn't know I was holding in.
"Tomorrow, the gym. Sunday, gym. Than Monday, school then gym. Just think about the gym and everything's gonna be just fine" I tell myself over and over.

My stomach grumbles as I walk down stairs to the kitchen where everybody already is.
"Hey Storm! Want some pancakes? They're chocolate chip." Sgt. Jones says while pushing a plate of pancakes towards me. I give her a grateful smile and start to eat the pancakes. Let me just say these are wonderful pancakes.
"So, I'm going to the gym at 12:00 so you have about two hours until we leave and just be aware that we don't get a lot of people your age in the gym, let alone girls." Mr. Jones said laughing to himself.
"Dad, are you making her go to the gym? No one really wants to go Dad." Emmett said laughing as he opens the fridge grabbing the gallon of milk and pouring it in a glass.
"Oh ha ha. Very funny. Just because you and Parker don't want to come doesn't mean that every body else doesn't want to come. And I'll have you know that your mother wants me to take her there. Oh guys there's also gonna be fights this Friday and I think you should come, you might learn something." Mr. Jones says to Emmett while pointing at him as if it would prove his point.
