Origin:
The Winter-class Heavy Cruiser FNS Nördlich was originally built in secret by Finland with cooperation from the Third Reich in an agreement between the 2 nations that Finland would help in the invasion of the Soviet Union in the 1940's and in exchange Germany would help economically. And as a show of good will the Third Reich offered to fund and help build the construction of a single ship which would later be named the Winter-Class Heavy Cruiser called FNS_Nördlich, Hull number 01. otherwise known as Northern.
Northern was finished and launched in September 11 1936. And was to be an experimental heavy cruiser design. After naval trials. FNS_Nördlich was appointed as the Flagship of the Finnish Navy in 13th of January 1937
The ship was built on slightly modified schematics of KMS Admiral Graf Spee. It had several differences to the Graf Spee, Like having thicker armour in some parts of the hull and an extra battery mount. However the FNS_Northern looked very similar to the Admiral Graf Spee if you exclude the extra battery mount.
After the first Siren Invasion, and "The Great Collapse". FNS_Nördlich was left stranded without crew in the Baltic Sea. Then Wisdom cubes were discovered, and made use of by fusing them with navy ships to make Kansen. One night some patriotic Finnish scientist stole 2 wisdom cubes from a lab and disappeared. The scientist was later found dead in an old abandoned German dockyard with only one faulty wisdom cube.

Northern will endure through all hardship out of pure spite for said conditions. This leads to Northern almost always out lasting his enemies in stamina and will.
Ghost of the North
+10% evasion for all attacks. -50% visibility in heavy weather conditions (Like Snow storms, Thunder storms and Heavy mist)
Lone Survivor ship of Suomi
+15% damage to all enemies, +15% reload speed of all guns and -30% consumption of supplies (Like food, oil or ammo)
Oathsworn Heritage
When sortied with KMS Admiral Graf Spee both ships get +35% AA, RLD and FP.
Biography:
Northern is mostly calm and on the outside pretty emotionless. Only when he is alone and in a "safe place" he will show emotion. He is what you could describe as an "Unhinged Bean of Tomfoolery".
He is also not used to talking or interacting with people which is why he has developed an antisocial personality. This however does not mean that he hates interacting with people.
When he gets emotionally attached to something or someone he gets very protective of it, examples being his Doodling Notebook, Diary Notebook and Information Notebook.
Northern's Height is 169cm (5.5 ft) and his weight is 60kg (132 lbs).
Northern's clothes include a scarf that looks like the Finnish flag that goes around his neck. A black and severely oversized hoodie that has a pin on it that proves him to be a flagship and pride of a navy. and black baggy pants that have dark blue outlines going from top to bottom. He has similar claws as KMS Admiral Graf Spee that are also black and blue.
He has Natural Straight hair That reaches his neck and eyes. His hair color is silver, with a Navy blue streak going through the left side down to his eyes. (Hair is not going over his eyes, it just covers the forehead.)
