Gabriel said with a tired voice, you didnt even dare to look at him
"Are you... still angry at me?.."
Hes feeling this stinging in his chest, he never felt anything but static before, but he doesnt like this feeling at all.
"no.. im.."
You didnt know how you should feel, its like everything was empty
"no.. i dont know.."
You dont know? Gabriel was confused,what was this new emotion.
"Its alright.. i guess.. as long as you have the guts to forgive me.."
the fake angel spoke in a quiet, soft voice. it soothes you and gives you a feeling of warmth.
"yeah.. do you.. want to have dinner with me and my 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 today?"
Gabriel was pretty suprised by this request, but hed gladly join.
"id love that really"
He said with a hit of joy in his voice, you didnt know if he felt joy since hes a litteral alternate
"but i have one or two requests alright?"
You said in a slightly demanding voice, luckily for you Gabriel can react like a dog to your commands.
"sure! and that will be??.."
Gabriel was curious, but he suspected that youd want him to change into a more humanoid form.
"so first of all, can you change into a more human like person, my 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 will freak out if i bring an angel home.."
Gabriel smirked souly, hes a good guesser..
"i should buy lottery tickets tehe"
he thought to himself"
"ah right and whats the second demand?"
He asked you to continue
"well just please dont kill anything while you are having dinner with us"
Right, Of course gabriel wouldnt dare to hurt you.. the incident a few days ago was a missunderstanding and hes glad you are still talking to him..
"Sure 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 id love to spend more time with you and know you better really... i know im just a alternate that kills people and creates alternates and thats scary as fuck.. but you are so strong for still talking to me after all this shit.."
"thank you.."
He gently said, tears dropping out if his eyes
he didnt feel "sad"
he felt more happy
why was it shedding tears when its happy? doesnt that usualy happen when hes sad?
"Gabriel are you alri.."
"what is this feeling.. why am i crying when im not even sad.."
He sobbed
"gabriel.. are you feeling... glad? relievement?.."
you spoke quietly
"i dont know i never have these feelings at all, im not even human why do i feel all this.. all i usualy felt is this static feeling and since you are here i feel more and more human.."
He said, his voice still being breaky
"its okay gabriel.. maybe you are somewhat human too heh.."
you didnt know what to say so you just said this
"W-what"
the fake angel had a tint of disbelief in his voice
"no.. no im not human im anything but human... I hate humans.."
he snapped back a little.
"i absolutely despise humans they all deserve to rot."
he snapped more, you got scared and tried to run but you couldnt move your legs.
"how DARE. you compare me to one of YOUR KIND"
he said in a angry, raging voice
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN 'MY KIND'"
you shouted back at him
"YOUR KIND MADE ME SUFFER, MADE US ALL SUFFER. THEY TOOK MY WINGS. MY REAL WINGS."
everything made sense.
it finaly clicked.
the angel that you liked spending time with
the angel that took care of you when you were sad or hurt.
the angel that was your only friend
that angel
is satan himself.
You couldnt breathe, why is it comming back.
"Gabriel"
you gasp for air, feeling this pain in your chest
you couldnt catch one breath
and you fainted.
"wait...𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄-"
gabriel screamed in disbelief
because whatever killed you wasnt human
but it wasnt gabriel
"SIX WHAT DID YOU DO?!?!?"
the last words you heard before completely passing away.
