Don't Mess With The Mayfields

Part 4- Will The Wise

Max's POV

I search the hallways with Dustin yelling out his name until an unfamiliar woman stops us,

"What's going on? Where's Will?" She panics and just in time Lucas appears,

"The field" he pants before running outside, we all follow after him to find Mike and Lori standing by Will who is stiffly staring up at the sky,

"I just found him like this!" Mike shakes Wills shoulder,

"I think he's having another episode!" Mike continues as we run across the field,

"Will!" The lady grabs onto his shoulder, 

"Sweetie wake up, it's Mom!" She says as his eyes rapidly flutter,

"Will wake up, can you hear me? Will, please just wake up!" 

"It's Mom! It's me!" She yells and suddenly Wills eyes open as he gasps for air before his Mom pulled into a hug and walks him back to the car, we all stood silently and watched as she sped down the road,

"Two episodes in two days" Lucas says,

"It's getting worse" Mike says,

 "Do you think it's true sight?" Lucas asks,

"True sight!?" Lori says,

"What's true sight?" I ask, Mike just looks at Lucas shaking his head,

"It's nothing" Lucas says, I look at the clock above the door and feel my eyes widen,

"shit shit shit! Lori!" I grab her hand and run back into the school,

"what is it?" Lori asks,

"It's 5:20!" I say and watch her face turn to realisation,

"And it's Mom's book club day!" I say, Mom's bookclub meant she wasn't at home leaving us with Neil and Billy,

"uh oh" Lori says as we grab our stuff and make it back to the exit,

"Where are you two going?" Lucas asks as they all stare at us weirdly, I ignore them and put down my board letting Lori hop on the back, starting the long skate home.

Ziggys POV

"Wake up sweetie pie" Someone softly says in my ear,

"mmm wha" I mumble,

"I said WAKE UP" they yell, my eyes shoot open and I sit up in bed to face Robin, laughing, at me,

"Robin what the fuck!" I groan,

"You sleep for agessss, you missed school bozo but don't worry I told Taylor where you are n blah blah blah" She chuckles,

"What time is it?" I ask,

"Around 6?" She shrugs,

"Shit!" I hop out of bed and grab my shoes from the door,

"What's the rush Mayfield?" She asks as I start putting on my shoes,

"I'm supposed to be babysitting Lori and Max" I zip up my hoodie and leave her house,

"Later dork!" she yells out her window at me as I cross the road, I flip her off while chuckling at how stupid she looks sticking half out the window. When I reach my house I notice it, no camero and odly no ford escort, that means Neil came home drunk and he started a fight with Billy who then left and since todays Mom's bookclub and Taylor isn't here that means Max and Lori are home alone with him. I quickly run up the front steps and open the door to hear something smash upstairs,

"NEIL YOU ASSHOLE" I yell as I sprint up to the twins room, I stop at the door frame to see Neil ontop of Max and Lori in a corner,

"GET OFF HER" I yell as I pull him back, unsticking him off Max as he grasps at my fingers, I yank him out the room and fling his drunk ass down the stairs before I rush back into the room and I lock the door,
