The scene continues back to the fleet of Enterprise
"Commander Halsey on deck" Enterprise says
"Pearl found something?" Commander Halsey asks
"Intelligence managed to get a line of bearing on the attacking fleet" Enterprise states
Halsey looks at Enterprise as they both walk to the map room
"But it's a bilateral reading, the sirens are either at 343 degrees or 163 degrees" Enterprise says
"It's either they send those planes north or south" King George V says
"Oh for Christ's sake, Pearl is under attack and we don't even know if the bastards are north or south!? " Halsey yells
"Army bombers from my sister Hornet also reported a possible ship sighting here" Enterprise states as she points to a position south
"Well, I hope I'm right or else the planes fuel will be spent for nothing" Hornet said
Halsey looks at Enterprise breathing a heavy sigh
"We're gonna place our bet right here, hopefully your sister is right" Halsey says as he marks the position where the planes will go
Scene changes to briefing room with multiple pilots either sitting or standing
"We have a possible location on the Siren fleet, fly a grid on bearing 185. If you make contact then Best and his men will put down a smokescreen and then the torpedo bombers will make their runs. Lindsey has command" McClusky says
"Oh to hell with the smoke, let me go after those Siren carriers with a real bomb" Best says
"Torpedoes sink ships, not bombs and my men need a screen" Lindsey states
"Yeah, even if you get close enough your torpedoes will not work" Best says
"That's just a rumor" Lindsey replies
"Yeah it's a rumor because Eagle Union torpedoes aren't even tested, leave it to the Sakura Empire for torpedoes" Best replies back
"It is true that our torpedoes aren't the best.." Yorktown admits
"I think it's best that you leave the torpedo missions for our carriers until you guys find what's wrong with them" Takao says with some shipgirls nodding in agreement
"Look, the Sirens are out there killing our friends. Let me put a 500-pound bomb right down their goddamn smokestack" Best says towards McClusky
"We're not changing tactics just because you want revenge" McClusky states
Scene change to the deck with the planes ready and their pilots getting on
"Are we going after the Sirens sir?" Murray asks
"Yeah, we're gonna smoke 'em to death" Best replies
Best readies himself inside his cockpit, he then pulls out a picture revealing Illustrious with Unicorn
"Oh my, what is this?" Prince of Wales said with a teasing tone
Illustrious was blushing while Unicorn was just confused since she's innocent
Best stops looking at the picture as he places it near him and eats a bubblegum as he takes off out of USS Enterprise
