Little background.
Samarth died in a car accident. Samarth and Gayu had no issues. She settled in USA because memories of Kartik, Naira and Samarth were haunting her in India. She took Vatsal with her. She wanted to take Vansh too. But Vansh refused saying he wants to be with Kairav.
Akhilesh and Surekha along with Love and Khush's family stay in Mumbai. They have opened a branch of Goenka Industries their which they are successfully handling.
