"HAZEL!! OPEN THIS DOOR IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU! I WANT THE DETAILS!" Daisy was banging on the door, shouting at me to let her in (in case you hadn't realised yet)
I laughed and opened the door. Daisy rushed in and jumped onto my bed.
"Right then, Hazel. What has happened with you and a certain Mr. Alexander Arcady?" She said, getting straight to the point.
"I- How did you find out?"
"I have my ways. Stop changing the subject Hazel, tell me everything," Daisy laughed.
I sighed, but explained, "So after I talked to Kitty, I went up to her and Beanie's room -"
"And a certain Mr McLongarms was there?' Daisy slipped in.
"Let me finish! Yes, he was in there. He had clearly come to the same conclusion. I went to get the brooch from under the pillow and our hands touched! I said something about going to give it back, I think, I can't quite remember. Then Alexander stopped me and tried to say something. I remember feeling so tired of waiting so I just stood on my tip-toes and kissed him!" I took a long breath, that was a lot to say.
"I knew my Watson would make the first move," Daisy said proudly, "It's rather annoying that I'm legally dead now, so I can't announce how much of a scaredy cat Alexander is to the world. Oh well."
"Daisy!!" I laughed and punched her lightly on the arm.
"Where is your lover boy anyways?" Daisy asked.
I felt my face heat up, "Good question. Probably with George somewhere..." I paused as I heard shouting which sounded strangely like a very embarrassed Alexander.
"Oh, leave them to it," Daisy sighed, "They will shut up eventually. In the meantime, how do you feel about a walk outside?"
