— THE DAY of the sports festival finally came, after days of straight training. Y/n was confident she would at least be in the top 5.
She knows she has a good chance at beating a lot of people, though some people might get in the way of her winning.
"Everyone get you game faces on, we're entering the arena soon." Iida burst in the door of the waiting room.
"Midoryia." The fire and ice user called out to the greenette.
"Oh, hey. What's up?" Izuku replied.
The class watched to see the scene go down.
"From an objective perspective, it's fairly clear that I am stronger than you. However, you have All Might helping you out. I'm not here to pry about you two, but just know I will beat you." Todoroki finishes.
"..."
"was this needed.." Y/n thinks while finishing her snack.
Todoroki scans the room looking for a particular girl, his eyes finally lands on her finishing her last bite of her food. Y/n finally noticed his gaze, when she stoping chewing her food.
"You too L/n, It's clear that I'm also stronger than you too. You've might've gotten lucky during the battle training, but you will not beat me this time." Todoroki says.
Y/n didn't understand why he was talking to her, since all she was paying attention to was her snack since they all arrived to the waiting room.
"Well I hope you make our fight more interesting, or beating you again won't be any fun." Y/n walked out the waiting room.
Y/n knew Todoroki was definitely stronger than her, and she knew there was luck to her winning their fight during battle training.
Since he wasn't using fire she had an advantage, if he starts using fire during this she'll just have to try harder.
