—"The top 42 made it through to the next round. It's unfortunate. But you don't have to worry even if you didn't make it, we've prepared other chances for you to shine!" Midnight started.
Y/n got her water after being dragged by Izuku since she could barely move, she also got her hands bandaged back up. And had time for her scars to cool down.
"The real competition begins next! Give it your all!"
Students start to mutter amongst themselves.
"A cavalry battle?"
"I'm so getting eliminated now."
"Cavalry battle!" Midnight whipped her whip towards to large screen.
"Let me explain how this will work, the participants of two to four people as they wish. It's basically the same as a normal cavalry battle, but one things is different... Based on the results of the last game, each person has been assigned a point value." Midnight stated.
"A point-based system like the entrance exam, huh?"
"I still don't understand.."
"I see!"
"Yes, that's right! And the points go up by five, starting from the bottom. So 42nd place gets five points, and 41st gets ten! And the point value assigned to first place is...
TEN MILLION!"
Everyone had turned to the boy who got first place, Izuku.
Y/n felt bad seeing everyone stare at him while he starts to panic.
Then people walked away from him, forming teams. I guess people wanted to not be with the person with the biggest target on them.
Y/n didn't really wanna be in team, she didn't exactly work well with people.
"Y-Y/n.. will you be on my team!?" Izuku said running up to the girl.
"Please!" He started to cry.
"Why are you crying!?"
"I DON'T KNOW!"
"Okay, okay calm down I'll be on your team." Y/n agreed.
