"hm?" Aki said caught off guard, looking across the room.
A short red haired, girl? walked over to him. He honestly couldn't tell the gender of the person but they were definitely around 5'0.
"i overheard the conversation," they said
'More like ease-dropped on something that's none of your business,' Aki thought to himself
"My names angel, and considering you'll be here for a while. I think we should be friends. and before you ask i'm a boy." he said having to look up to actually see Aki.
"i'm not really all that into making friends but thanks for the offer." Aki replied waiting for the man to walk away, which he didn't seem to do.
"oh, well im in the room across from you if you need anything." the man said smiling.
Surely he was at least about twelve? Aki had quite decent eyesight so he peeled a look at the information chart on the end of his bed. 21?!?! There was no way. Aki sighed and grabbed his phone checking through his social media to see several messages from his co-workers sending him wishes of good luck. Aki didn't really like all the unneeded attention. He only had two months left to live, and if anything he'd rather spend that time alone in peace and quiet even if it meant never leaving his bed or interacting with others.
Another thing that disappointed the man, was that he'd been 'banned' from his cigarettes, (Makima banned him).

WEEK 1 OVER.
It had been one week since Aki had began his short two months left at the hospital. Despite his several wishes to be kept away from contact, the man across the room didn't give up on his mission of trying to become friends with Aki. Despite Aki never replying, he'd managed to learn lots of things about the man. He was in the hospital because he'd injured himself during a mission, Aki now remembered him, he was part of the public safety hunters. The angel devil, He couldn't touch people or they would loose masses of life. Maybe Aki could convince him to touch him and end everything right now?
