Chapter 17

We got to my house 6 hours later because we walked from the train station, Natsu didn't want to ride in a vehicle. As we were walking down the trail and spotted my house, Natsu froze in shock. "You grew up here?" he asked looking at me in amazement. "Yea it was just my dad, our workers at the house, and myself. No kids, no nothing, we didn't have guests unless we went somewhere and we were the guests." I said frowning remembering all the painful memories. "Didn't you have any friends here?" he asked as we were now at the fountain a couple of meters from my front door. "Nope. I never interacted wit kids my age or anything." I said still frowning and we were at the door and I opened it. Everything was like it when i left nothing moved but something were added. "Father, I'm home!" I yelled to see a man with a suit on and dirty blonde hair walking down the steps. "I can see that my dear. But who did you bring along?" Jude my father asked with a frown on his face. "My boyfriend . What did you want me to come all the way here for?" I asked frowning while my father just stood there examining Natsu. "Hello." Natsu said looking over at Jude smiling and it left when my father started to walk up the steps. "If you would follow me please." Jude said still walking up the steps as we followed.

Once we were in his office and we all sat down i was still frowning. "I wanted to talk about who our enemies will be in the future." Jude said with no expression what so ever. "What do you mean enemies?" Natsu said with fury coming from his voice. "I mean that Lucy in the future may or may not have to battle the Dragon Realm." Jude said and I froze where i sat. 'not the dragon realm not where my dragon friends are. I couldn't kill or hurt anyone over there on purpose' i thought to myself and i could feel Natsu stare at me. "I will not battle my dragon friends!" I yelled and i ran out of the room and into the hall way.

Back in the room

Natsu started to get up to follow Lucy but was stopped by Jude. "Please, the dragon's will come soon. If Lucy starts to feel weak then the dragons are coming very soon. They will try to kill my daughter. She trusts you and what i can tell loves you very much. You have something i don't, her trust." Jude said with tears steaming down his face. Natsu left the room and found Lucy curled up in a ball.

Normal POV now

I was being picked up by Natsu who looked like he could kill my father if he could but i could also tell that he was very worried. I just smiled and hugged him as he was carrying me back to the train station on piggyback.
