A few days had passed since Eri first showed her scars to Emiko and things had slowly gone back to how they were when they first met. It seemed like Izuku was right and it really was just shock. Emiko started acting normal, so Eri started to worry less. And because she was worrying less, she got a lot better at the dance routine. Also, it helped that Mina was helping the younger girl at home. (Sometimes, Eri would take Mina's game of "Just Dance" and use it to learn new moves. The thing was, she was using Izuku's gaming account. The poor guy has been very confused lately as to why the game suddenly popped up in his "last played" list when he knows he hasn't played it before.) Today, however, something seemed a little off. Not with the dance club, with Yuri. She was going around asking her friends about what days their clubs meet and don't meet and if they were doing anything that Sunday.
"What about you, Eri?" Yuri asked as she turned to the blue-gray haired girl. She knew very well that Eri could hear her talking to the others. "Does your club meet on Sunday?"
"No," Eri responded with confusion. "Why?"
"Oh, no reason..." Yuri giggled as she wrote down something in her notebook.
The red-eyed girl just looked at her friend as if she had gone crazy. It was only Monday and she was already talking about Sunday. Did she have anything big planned?
The sky blue haired girl had acted normal the rest of the day. She pretty much acted like their conversation that morning never happened. Eri tried a few times to bring it up again, but Yuri would dodge the question or change the subject. The day ended without a clear answer.

The next day, before their teacher came in, Yuri started going around to her classmates while handing out envelopes. When she got to Eri's desk, she had the biggest smile on her face.
"It's for you," Yuri stated as she handed the envelope to the other girl.
Eri took it and quickly opened it up. Inside was a card decorated with printed out ribbons and hearts. It read;
"Dear Eri, you are invited to my birthday party being held this Sunday. I hope to see you there. Signed, Yuri Chisai"
The rest of the card was filled with information about when and where the party was being held. The horned girl looked up at her friend. The only time she was at a birthday party was when the class of 2-A was celebrating one. And even then, she felt like she was only invited because she lived with them. Why else would a bunch of teenagers let a 7 year old be around when they party? Eri opened her mouth to respond, but before she could, the invitation was suddenly grabbed right out of her hand.
"I was wondering where my invitation went," Asami said with a snarky tone. "I was starting to think you were planning on inviting this freak over me."
"Eri is NOT a freak," Yuri retorted as she ripped the invite out of the other girl's hand. "And I DID invite her over you."
Asami scoffed. "Yuri, we grew up together. We sat next to each other last year. Why would you choose her when I'm clearly better and closer to you?"
"Your memory must be fuzzy. I stopped hanging out with you last year because you kept making fun of a girl who breathed through a water tank."
"It was freaky!"
"Her quirk gave her gills! She could only breathe in water! How heartless are you?!"
The blond girl scoffed again and looked at Eri, who was just trying to stay out of their fight. "Have fun at her stupid party, horn freak."
She then turned and walked away from the two. Yuri let out a huff before turning her attention to Eri. "I'm sorry you had to hear that. Here..."
The sky blue girl handed the invite back to her new friend. It now had a few wrinkles due to how hard Asami had gripped it and how hard Yuri took it out of her hand, but it was still pretty to Eri who was still happy to have gotten her first official invite to a birthday party. The other kids in the room slowly went back to what they were doing, seeing as the yelling had gotten their attention. It turned out that Yuri invited everyone in their class except for Asami and her crew. Considering the two were childhood friends, it was a shock that Yuri didn't invite her, but given how terrible the blond was, it was bound to happen eventually. Twas not a matter of "if", only "when".

"Kirishima!" Eri yelled excitedly when she ran up to the redhead that was picking her up today.
"You seem in a good mood," Eijirou replied as he literally picked her up. "What happened?"
"Look!" The young girl then showed off the invitation.
"Wow! Congrats! But, uhh... Why's it all wrinkled? You didn't sit on it, did ya?"
"No, no, no," Eri shook her head, giggling. But then her cheery demeanor dissipated as she remembered the argument. "Um... On second thought, yes I did."
Kirishima tilted his head to the side, but didn't question it further. Kids can be weird sometimes, after all.

Eri looked through her whole closet, looking for what was perfect for the party. Her mind then wandered to past parties of the students of U.A. and how they celebrated. Nobody really dressed up, it was kept mostly casual. But something else came to mind... Presents. They always gave the birthday person a present. One present per invite. Eri never really thought much about it before, since either Aizawa, Lemillion, or Deku would just buy something, wrap it up, put her name on it, and ask her to deliver it to the birthday boy/girl while stating that she was the one to get it. Sometimes they'd bring her along to help pick something out, but being a 7 year old girl, how would she know what to give a teenager? But this time was different. She wasn't just invited 'cause she lived there, she was actually genuinely invited. Not to mention the fact that it was for someone her own age. That thought led to another one... What exactly does Yuri like anyway?
