"Alright class," The teacher said with a smile on her face. "We have a new student joining us today. Please give a warm welcome to Eri Aizawa."

Eri walked into the room with nervousness. It was going to be her first time around kids her age, after all. No Deku nor Lemillion to help her if she needed it. She was truly on her own.

"Eri, why don't you introduce yourself?"

The girl gulped before speaking with a shaky voice. "M-my name i-is Eri..."

"Why don't you tell us a bit about yourself?"

"Um... I... Um... I like apples..." She could already hear the other kids whispering. "I... Um... I... I... I also like... heroes..."

"Thank you for that, Eri. There's an open seat for you next to Yuri Chisai." The teacher pointed to an empty seat between a wall and a girl with sky blue hair.

Eri nodded and quickly went to her new seat, thanking luck that it was in the back so she wasn't surrounded by so many new people. It had been over a year since she was saved and the class of now 2-A had taught her everything she needed to get into school. Mostly, Yaoyorozu. But Midoriya was there for help and moral support. Togata had already graduated and was working for the Sir Nighteye agency, even if it was run by Centipeder now. By that point, Eri had already worked enough on quirk control to be able to give Lemillion back his quirk. Aizawa also gave her his own last name due to the school records needing her to have one.

"Alright class, let's get back on track. Who here can tell me...?" The teacher continued on, but Eri began to drown her out as she took out her books on the subject.

She took a look around the room and saw that the girl next to her was looking at her. She thinks the teacher called her "Yuri", or something like that. The other girl waved when she saw Eri looking at her. The timid girl didn't know what she was supposed to do, so she just stared at Yuri with a scared expression. The other girl simply giggled and leaned over with her hand near her mouth.

"You're supposed to wave back, silly," Yuri whispered.

"O-oh," Eri whispered back and then waved.

Yuri giggled again, causing Eri to giggle as well.

"Girls? What's so funny?" The teacher asked with a hint of annoyance. "I realize this is your first day and you're eager to make friends, but talking during lessons is against the rules. I'll let you off the hook this time, but next time, pay attention."

"Sorry," Yuri said as she slumped in her seat.

      "I'm sorry too," Eri added.

The teacher let out a sigh and turned back to the lesson.

A few seconds passed before a note was placed on Eri's desk by Yuri. It read, "Sorry for getting you in trouble. I shouldn't have talked. My name is Yuri."

Eri write back, "It's ok. I was talking too. I'm Eri." and passed the note back. Thankfully they were in the back of the class and the teacher was too busy with the lesson to notice.

"So, where were you from?" Yuri asked as the two sat on a bench during lunch. Eri just stayed silent and shrugged. "Well, why did your family move?"

"Umm...." The shy girl finally responded. "I don't think we did..."

Yuri tilted her head, but decided to drop it. "Oh, by the way, what's your quirk? Mine is shrink. It's like Mt. Lady's quirk, but I turn small instead of big. It's actually really helpful, though. My mom likes to sew a lot so she would turn small to get the thread through the needle. It's a little embarrassing though, since our clothes don't shrink with us."
