This is his Hairstyle, but as of the End of Chapter 1, his Eye Color turned to be more of a Burning Gold, similar to Kratos's Eyes
Oh I also forgot to Mention, Izuku will have access to all of the Armors/Outfits of Kratos, ranging from almost Clothless from Ascension, Chains of Olympus, 1, Ghost of Sparta, 2 and 3, to the God Armor in Ghost of Sparta and 2, to even all Outfits/Armors of Kratos from 4 and Ragnarok, but well in his Shape and Size
This includes also the Armors of Flashbacks, like when he was a General and the good looking Armors and Outfits
